Got lucky and get my last of the free girls

 

Of course not from the current event only from guaranteed ticket. On miko event gacha I have already spent 40,000 V-Stones and 20 trendy ticket without any luck.

Sometimes I have the impression that if I care about a swimsuit, it doesn't matter how much I spend on gacha, i won't get it anyway. But if I don't care, I get it straight away and sometimes even the same outfit twice, using only 5000 V-Stones or only tickets.

 

I also have the impression that the amount of SSR unlock depends on the level of Owner 
and that a limited amount can be drawn at a given level. 
For example:
When there was an event with kasumi and tamaki "take off your clothes" I drew the kasumi the first time I used 5000 V-Stones , then using only tickets I won Tamaki the next day. When it was a Hitomis birthday event I did not get a birthday costume or asari and I was already at level 76, and that was what I cared about the most because Hitomi is my nr.1
When I jumped to level 77, there was an sisters event going, and of course the first draw and I hit Kasumi
I didn't care so much (but the dress itself turned out to be nice). And we go to the current event (I'm talking about the steam version). I thought that at level 77 I have a better chance of getting Lune and Momiji, but after using 25,000 V-Stones and 10 tickets no luck, had to already used up luck at this level. But the next level is without luck, which turned out to be true after using 15000 V-Stones and 15 tickets. Fortunately, I unlocked Lune from a ticket I got from Marie's birthday, so I will unlock some of her scenes and maybe on level 79 my luck will come back. But the next event will probably be with Fiona, maybe leave this luck for her? Ah, these dilemmas. 
What do you think about this mechanics, is it possible or is it just my delusions? Or maybe you have some insights yourself, solutions giving a better chance on SSR (but not paid)

Mod for innocence broke, it looks a bit strange but okay
