There has been a lot of talk about corrupted saves the past few days and now I have them too, it seems to have happened after I had some fun with bloatflies.

 

This should be my load order, also I started using Halstrom's stats if anyone wants that papyrus log too.

I think there is a program that you can run that fixes saves, but I can't remember the name of it........

Fallrim Tools. 

 

However, it will not fix a corrupted save made under these conditions. I've tried. You can minimize the damage: 

 

1. Use ONLY Hard Saves. (Esc-> Menu -> Save) Do not rely on autosaves or quicksaves. 

2. If you use AutoSave Manager, there's no love there. Those saves will also be garbage. 

3. Travel to another cell/zone before saving. Forcing a reload will help insure a clean save. 

 

Until we get updates for AAF and LooksMenu, right now...we're all floating on these workarounds.

Between LooksMenu being bugfucked, and the premature release of the latest AAF, and so many updates and a lot of different tag mods needing updates....I'm honestly just laying F4 in a holding pattern right now.

Get rid of AAF Stats and its 2 subsystem SexStats and KinkyStats. Just use all the AAF themes without APT. For me it has resolved the problem. But if you still run into CTD after that, just downgrade AAF b38 to b35 from Nexus, but keep the newer LL_fourPlay_1_10_120.dll in the F4SE plugins folder.

However, I'm using v38 currently with no errors. My only problem now is that people just stand around during many of them.......

Happened to me once too. Just uninstalled AAF and the Themes, made a clean save then reinstalled AAF and the Themes. A strange error popped in notifications twice i think saying "Package couldn't be transferred to Actor ID 20". Been running fine since then.
