Can't remember the ingame name of the cell, but it can be accessed from the Club Building of the Raining/Alternate version of the school world. You can try using the "help SkyrimAcademy" console command to get all the cells that belong to the school set and try to find one that has "Home" or "MyHome" in the name or something like that; that should be the one. Then you use "coc *cell id*" to teleport there.
