Ezarr Posted November 8, 2018 Posted November 8, 2018 Every time I export an armor in outfit studio it has the tits showing through the armor, even though it's not like that when I save the project. Help? What I mean is that I reduce the breast size in outfit studio to correct it, but when I safe the changes, it still has the breast as before.
myuhinny Posted November 8, 2018 Posted November 8, 2018 Never had it happen before but maybe just use the zap on the breast to remove them.

Edit: Ok I tried the zap thing. But I got one question. When I preview the outfit in BodySlide it looks good, no breast coming through. However, in NifSkope it sill shows the breast passing through the armor. So which one is it? Will the armor look ok in game? Sure I should confirm this myself by loading the armor in game, but I can't do that yet cause I still need to setup the armor for that and I don't want to go through all that trouble just to find out it still have the breast showing through.
Ezarr Posted November 8, 2018 Author Posted November 8, 2018 Ok solved it, I just hit the Build button in BodySlide and it exported the corrected nif file. Thanks man, that zap thing makes fixing armor clipping a lot easier.
myuhinny Posted November 8, 2018 Posted November 8, 2018 Never used the bodyslide part except for zapping. Your welcome. The zap is really nice just make sure that there isn't any transparency where you are zapping at or you'll see a whole in the body.

I would spent hours smoothing the areas to get rip of the sharp edges I made in the process. I just feel like an animal now.
myuhinny Posted November 9, 2018 Posted November 9, 2018 You do know that outfit studios has a increase and decrease mesh button that can help with clipping as well? Say you have some boob clippage just click the body then select the decrease mesh option and hold down the mouse button and move it around over the clipping area and the boob clippage will disappear or click the outfit where it's clipping at and select the increase mesh option and do the same as the other one and the mesh will get bigger and the clipping will be gone. Just make sure to watch out for seams where two mesh come together that are not attached as those areas you will not be able to use the increase/decrease mesh option on the outfit or you'll get a seam. Ezarr Posted November 9, 2018 Author Posted November 9, 2018 Yes, I was using those too. But even with those tools I would end up messing the mesh pretty badly. Well I guess that goes for all of the tools in OutfitStudio if one is not careful.
myuhinny Posted November 9, 2018 Posted November 9, 2018 I use wire frame mode a lot which really helps you rotate place and form a body to something better and see clippage. Before butt reduction. Spoiler After butt reduction. Spoiler

You are right. Looks a lot easier to work like this. I'm gonna start using this feature. Thanks for the tips man, they are real work savers.
