Well an old bug showed up for me, most likely on me, the genitals are off centered like really weird detached on my pawns. Does anyone know a fix to that?

do not use those genitals would just hang around in the wrong height and look weird unless you make a patch

That's kind of why I asked. Default face/body is kind of crappy. A very good body mod was released last year and I have been using it for a while. I just do not know where to start if I want to make genitals appear on that body. Currently it's just two pawns humping the air

you nee either rimnude and/or sized apparel, rjw adds not many visuals by itself

Again I've been trying to figure out why, tried with no other mod than RJW and character editor for some reason i can't figure out why. Bestiality and rape are disabled yes and it's been less than a 5 seconds before they started mating.

It's probably going in a separate mod.

 

Is the necrophilia stuff going to get remove? I've never seen it talked about it so I assume either no one uses it, or it's the most solid piece of gaming code created sense 2004 and never has any bug.

Hello,

 

since I may have been one of the 1st one to report the age gap "bug".

I can only confirm that it has to do with the "growth" attribute.

I found in dev mode that this value was still slightly below 1 for pawn that were created as child/teenage then age to full adult (>18y).

 

So I tampered my save with text-editor and set growth to 1 for each affected pawn and then issue was solved.

 

I will try if new RJW update + removing faster aging MOD, to see if it is also solving the issue.

 

Also another correction that I always make, so it may be relevant to put it in RJW directly:

\Defs\StatDefs\Stats.xml

For frequency, I always change weight value for manipulation and RJW_Fertility to 0.1 or even 0.05, because default values are too high.

Otherwise women over 40y are relatively inactive, which creates an unbalance towards men...

Heya, just wondering, how does one go about adding custom interactions/sex acts? I have some passing knowledge of messing with xml files, but I don't want to poke anything and destroy the entire mod if there's something more to it.

 

I can see the 'RJW_Interaction template.xml' in there, is that all I need to mess with/copy from to make custom stuff? I assume there's more, seeing as there's a bunch of other spots where these things come up (settings menu for how often certain acts happen, records, etc.)

Is there a list of the meaning of tags? Booting Rimworld up to see if the thing works is a pain ?

template have most basic stuff you need to make RJW_Interaction, you probably want new rulepack

Gotta love how the porn mod developers have become full blown puritans. At this point players should just use CSL or any other mod since far less arbitrary restrictions for no reason or feature removals. At least with CSl you have the hediff inheritance features to play around with. I can fully understand the "protect the children" argument yet.. I can do worse ingame in vanilla by default to children. Which is super ironic

Not to mention Ed86 and skomer took a left turn yet only partially. If your going full protect the children mentality you have to at least consider other cultures too. Not just force your own values on those players arbitrarily. As a matter of fact there is a mod on the steam workshop from my understanding that does that. It lets you change the age limits in game to fit various cultures regulations as players need. Hasn't been taken down despite all the times it has likely been reported either meaning its obviously allowed and legal in steams eyes. Isn't it a sad day when RJW is officially more puritan now then a mod on the steam workshop of all things? At least with the age sliders the mod had a stop gap for those players. A buggy one but still functional enough to do the job.

On a more personal note I myself was molested as a child and to this day things like this where game or mod developers try to take the high road as if their doing some great service and then talking down to others pointing out the flaws in that mentality tick me off. Its extremely insulting to actual victims of said abuse that people treat fictional characters as if they really matter in comparison. The worse part is ed86 and skomer with their track record wont care about what ive been through. Ill just get a sarcastic remark that does nothing for anyone. Or worse get called a pedo by someone for trying to point of the discrepancies between a video game and real life and how it simply doesnt matter in comparison. Not good for my mental health so I wont check back for a response later in order to be on the safe side and head that possibility off.

Ive said what needed to be said that others havent yet from my reading of previous posts on the topic here. Its up to the porn mod developers if they want to go and protect actual abused children like I was or keep protecting their virtual nuggets instead. I think we all know which one truly matters though so balls in their court now if they want to back up their stance for real or not. But I doubt they will since more often then not people who preach such things in games or mods let alone virtue signalers online never actually take real action. Just a simple fact of life at this point ive unfortunately accepted.
