Hunter136 Posted October 16, 2018 Author Posted October 16, 2018 I can use coc to get myself into the city, so the issue is around the city, as well it only affects near the mine and a bit after the mining houses. I'll see what happens when I try to exit the city. to see if there is more to where I can't go, since I am having issues using the carriage, I know that area is affected. Edit: It affects at least past the mining town to the gates. Any help towards fixing this issue would be great due to future quest.

I always have to start with: do you have crash fixes and ENBoost? (I have to ask since they don't show up in a load order). If you do then you might want to post a papyrus log from when this problem occurs. I would also get rid of the SexLab Nude Creatures mods. If you have the SLAL version of MoreNastyCritters loaded you will lose no functionality in removing those mods and it might solve your problem. They have been a recurrent cause of CTDs on these threads.

Once it was a player house which had a badply placed tree (I think) which caused instant crash when I entered the cell. You don't have that mod and its owner fixed it anyway. Other times I could not enter certain cells, like one of the dwarven dungeons. That was some mysterious Skyrim bug and the solution was to don't go there for like a long time, 10-30 days. The something did reset or whatever and it worked again.
