Request: Mod or method like SkyFem that affects NPCs from other mods, not vanilla game

So I spent since yesterday changing the male NPCs from hydragorgon's slave girls mod into females cuz I only allow female on female actors for anything involving mods from here (before y'all say anything bout this, the author is inactive & the mod itself hasnt been updated in a minute plus I keep these edits for myself as a separate esp patch) but halfway thru it today, the CK bugged out & wouldn't let me change anyone anymore. Then it reset itself & ruined the progress I made so I'm not putting myself thru that hell again. Didn't mind when it was only a few NPCs but I changed what was at least 200 plus added a few extra looks to them like hairstyles & tattoos manually & one at a time before it bugged out so I'm not goin thru that again for that amount of NPCs. So if someone can fill me in on a faster method to change the men that mod & other mods add into women without the end result being "unusual", meaning they will change properly by havin either no voice or the female voice for their race when usin vanilla lines & have female names too, or if someone is willing to do it manually for me, I'd be grateful.

 

Some people on Reddit when I asked about a faster method said to use xEdit but wouldn't tell me what to do exactly or how. So dont mention that program unless you plan on giving me an exact guide yourself or linking me to one that does specifically what I'm looking for please
