morganthesass Posted August 12, 2018 Posted August 12, 2018 My game generated a last exception file the other day. (in addition to the two others from last week, apparently?) I'm using a mac (mistake) and my game was bought and downloaded from EA. Automatic updates are turned off for Origin and TS4. The only mods I have are WickedWhims and Basemental Drugs. I just dowloaded them both for the first time recently, so I haven't had to update them or anything yet. I have a routine of checking the patch notes for TS4, and checking for updates with WickedWhims and Basemental Drugs before I even open TS4. Everything seems up to date, and everything seems to be working okay - no crashes. I just saw that I should make a report whenever a last exception warning is prompted in the game and I am having minor issues which i suspect could just be the game itself because even before adding mods it was dodgy. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it a few times before even installing mods. I found youtube videos on how to go into the library and all that mumbo jumbo on mac to ensure I was deleting all the necessary files and installing correctly. I think I was successful? w h o k n o w s ? ?My sim was nude playing the guitar when propositioned for sex. When they got to the bed the guitar was stuck on her and then the last exception prompt popped up. I had been having trouble with my game lagging since I last added CC. I removed my most recent CC, cleared the caches, emptied my trash and my gameplay has improved slightly and has not generated additional last exception files. I am having some issues with some of the animations, and my game being a tad slow, and my sims taking awhile to execute commands. I literally have 400 animations. I'm thinking maybe some of it maybe outdated? I'm going to remove the animations and download fewer, more recent animations. If anyone has any advice or can read my last exception file i'd really appreciate it! i don't know much about any of this stuff. IDK how i've made it this far lol last exception text (pastebin link): https://pastebin.com/embed_js/meejTv40 (hopefully i did that right, sorry if not) MAC: OS High Sierra 10.13.6 TS4: Mac 1.45.62.1220 WickedWhims: 3.3.4.129h ALSO: I've never modded anything before.. Do I have to uninstall, delete and reinstall all of my mods and CC before updating origin or the game? I feel like I read somewhere that I do, and I feel like I do, but that seems like it will take alot of time. Sorry it's so long? I wanted to be thorough. I appreciate your help if you can help me! ALSO #2: I USED DR. UNARCHIVER FROM THE APP STORE! The other two suggested for mac "couldn't extract the file". I downloaded a few different tools, and this one actually worked.

I might be doing something wrong but I can't view your link. Try just pasting the link directly or posting the l/e file itself.
Guest Posted August 12, 2018 Posted August 12, 2018 Checked the link (you have to copy just the link part.) But there is nothing relevant inside. Only one error that is not yet recognized, so nothing relevant.

Since deleting and re-uploading some of the animations my game play has become a little bit more responsive. I think I just had some old stuff installed.

CPU commented below and let me know to only copy the link. I changed it in my post, but here is the link to the last exception text on pastebin: https://pastebin.com/embed_js/meejTv40 Thanks for looking into it!

Looking at it, my best guess is that you have a broken CC bed. Batch fix or update all of your CC.
alyy35 Posted August 16, 2018 Posted August 16, 2018 Hello, I feel like I'm having a similar issue with my game. Were you able to find the name of the broken cc causing this issue?
