All Characters stuck in T-Pose after using FNIS Patcher

Weeks ago my SkyrimSE worked fine with the same mods I had installed. Recently I had to do a complete re-install of all mods, thats the Backstory. Now comes the part where I just dont know what to do anymore even after searching 5 days for a fix, please Help!

IN SHORT: All Human-Like-Creatures are stuck in T-Pose after running FNIS Behavior XXL. Creature animations work fine, same goes for facial expressions. I am no Modding-Expert so it could be something different that causes this problem. 

So... I installed quite a few Mods, testing them if they work on their own. Everything was fine. Then I combined everything in NMM, used Bodyslide for the UNP Custom Body, Batched the Outfit Files, checked everything with LOOT, cleaned SSE main files and DLCs with SSEEdit, used FNIS for Users V7.4.5 XXL (Skyrim SE 64Bit) for all the animation behaviors and finally started the Game with a clean file using Alternate Start. For some reason every Human-Like-Charakter is now in stuck in T-Pose having only facial animations. Creature animations are working fine. I looked for a lot of different solutions fixing a lot of small details, but in the end everything changed when I ran FNIS. First I thought "alright, then i first run FNIS and then install the animations" which actually worked 3 times resulting in detail animation fixes that caused everything to turn to T-Pose. I really have NO IDEA what to do at this point. I'm absolutely not an expert at modding, thats for sure, but all I wanted was a working overly oversexualized SkyrimSE. Yes, I guess I kinda overdid it with the amount of mods, but I still hope for any help.

Things I tried:
- sorted load order with LOOT
- overwriting by installing mods in different orders
- testing the mods all by themselves, they work fine
- fixing here and there the mods by themselves, if there was a bug
- cleaning main files and DLCs with SSEEdit
- fully reinstalling all mods
- FNIS XXL with Arm-Fix
- looking for solutions online, for example "stuck in T-Pose", "sexlab no animations" and much more
- latest SKSE

Well I was a little in rage trying to fix this, sorry. I simply uninstalled Estrus Chaurus V4.342, ran FNIS and now everything is fine! Thank you @fore! ?

I know this is an old thread, but I have a possible fix for this.  Using MO2:

1. On the right side of MO2, choose the "Data" tab
2. Find DATA - TOOLS - GenerateFNISforModders.exe
3. Right-click "GenerateFNISforModders.exe" and choose "Execute with VFS"
4. The tool pops up.  Click on "Generate Mod Behavior"
5. A file browser window opens.  Go to (Wherever MO2 is installed)\mods\Estrus Chaurus V4.37\meshes\actors\character\animations\EstrusChaurus
6. Choose the file FNIS_EstrusChaurus_List.txt
7. It'll run and put files in your overwrite directory.
8. Open file explorer and go to {Wherever MO2 is installed/FNIS)/tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users\temporary_logs
9. Open the overwrite directory and drill down to the 2 files in the "temporary logs" folder.  Copy those to the window you opened in step 8.  Overwrite the files there.
10. Run GenerateFNISforUsers.exe.

Honestly, I'm not positive if steps 5 - 9 are needed, but that's what I did and it worked.  No more T-poses!

I have a similar but different problem.

 

I have a game running and decided to add SLAL and a few animations into the mix.

After downloading and installing the XXL version of FNIS I suddenly have the generating fail.

Thing is before I added SLAL I was using the same loadout without any problems. My Cat has roundabout 30 hours on her back.

Yes that is the SE conversion of SL Beastess.

This is my only warning. After uninstalling the same warning happens for "Bathing in Skyrim" which previously was OK.

I even went as far as running a completely vanilla Skyrim SE both with and without only FNIS.

Result is a t pose.

I use Vortex.

I went around and disabled everything FNIS had warnings about.

It always mentioned a mod being incompatible with Skyrim SE it had no problems with the generating attempt before.

 

I am fresh out of ideas what this is and how I can fix it.

Found it. Sort of.

Rolling back to NOT using FNIS XXL kinda worked.

Probably the warnings are still present but FNIS does not mention them anymore and thus cease the generating.
