There is a passive that allows more arousal without negative effects. If you find arousal is building up too quickly for your playstyle you can also decrease arousal gain in the settings to have it build more slowly.

I wasn't able to replicate this issue at all with some testing and the code looks like it should handle this scenario just fine. What I 'think' may be happening is your character's status is somehow getting stuck, like maybe SexLab is getting stuck trying to process the animation or something and never releases the player for another animation. I think it would require more advanced debugging to figure out exactly, I'll keep it on my investigate list but I'm not really sure where to go with it at the moment (I'll keep an eye on it).

I have recently upgraded from 3.[something] because I lost my old modlist, I have the 5.00.04 installed and I dont get any sperm after having sex with males, neither humans nor creatures. Am i missing something in the settings to enable it ?:

If this is a new game there's 2 things I could think of, either SPID isn't installed properly (happens a lot) so just toggle off "Use SPID for Dynamic Script" save, then reload and it should be working properly, or something is breaking SexLab's orgasm event. If it's an old game save just updated from 3.x then I'd just suggest starting a new game since it's probably broken lol.

Ostim wasn't able to work with a simple conversion as it lacks even basic tracking features so it requires more work-arounds than I'd like. The source is released with every version so if someone wants to either help me make a conversion, or they'd like to make their own conversion add-on I'm all for it. (I just consider it lower priority atm, as I'm not familiar with OStim)

Yeah, this mod has its own status attributes system that overrides vanilla's level up attributes. I found you can use player.modav [health/magicka/stamina] [increase amount] to increase your stats independently of Succubus Heart's status system.

If I wait later to become a demon, say level 50, and thus have 500 attribute spread about, do I lose that as well?

New Release version has been uploaded here, Succubus Heart 5.1.0 Release! I'll paste in the message about major changes from our discord..
If you haven't been on the DEV branch, here's some major changes since 5.0.0. New Offering System which replaces Soul Forge (Soul Forge has been completely removed). This new offering system has a chest in the Succubus Realm where you offer Succubus Heart items to get items in return (Offer blood chips for example), with DOM enabled the rewards also include items you had lost from DOM's "lose items" feature. New combined versions of various Succubus Heart items which are larger, more potent version of the base item (get these through the new offering chest). New spell, Succubus Realm -Access Chests- allows you to access the Keeper chests located in the Succubus Realm, has an optional Max Magicka cost which also applies to the -teleport- spell. Plus various other small changes and adjustments like a re-write for DOM, balance adjustments, and optimizations. Check it out! ^-^ "


Also a quick thank you to everyone's support, either from donations or just kind words, bug reports, and general feedback! People have been pretty friendly and it's been a pretty awesome experience working on the mod again! ^-^

Succubus Heart has its own caps system which takes effect dynamically, but ChocolateThunder brings up a good point I'd somehow never thought about, what about carry weight bonuses? (Have to remember, I don't play Skyrim much these days so I forgot about this mechanic entirely lol) I have a couple of solutions I've been slowly investigating but it required some back-end changes to be made before it would work. I think I have it now so I've put it on my working list for the next version (will be in the next DEV release if my idea works). Current theory would allow bonuses from level ups to actually apply with bonuses (for balancing), though a retroactive fix will be difficult.

Technically possible, but would be very difficult to maintain and probably wouldn't be pleasant to use in-game menus. I have listed on the TODO a way to level them "immersively" in the Succubus Realm but have no progress on that so far.

I just downloaded 5.1.0, and when trying to connect its say i don't have enough max magic, my magic level is at 549, is there something I am missing?

 

Update: I figured it out, Didn't see the new option in the mcm, I still like the soul forge, but I will play with the changes to the mod.

I've put up a new release version, Succubus Heart 5.2.0 Release. I was able to gather enough information from various bug reports and people were really helpful in helping me test some stuff which helped me fix a couple key bugs/issues found in 5.0. This includes some animation stuffs and some weird Drain shenanigans. Mostly a bug-fix release, but comes with new titles to earn. I had to change some logic in this one to fix those issues, so if it caused any other issues please let me know! I tried to test everything relevant but I'm far from perfect.. X.x

Not easily, you'd have to make a mod that changes the pet values and adds to the MCM. Soul Pets uses Arrays, which in Skyrim arrays are static length and can't be expanded at all once created, this means I had to find a good length that balances usability and performance. The only way to expand them farther would be to capture the current array, create a "dummy array" with a new length with more slots, then re-create the original arrays with an expanded length and add the previous data to them. The mod sort of has this functionality but it's very slow so it's not used to expand or contract the slots in any way (fixed to 25 slots Max).

What to the various ingredient items do?  Whenever I try to eat one I CTD.  Or at least the breast milk and soul of experience CTD, I haven't tried the others yet.  Since they're ingredients, I thought I might craft something out of them but the soul forge was removed and I don't see any crafting recipes in xedit.  The items also don't seem to have any effects, scripts, or references to them, and as far as I can tell they currently do nothing.  On the other hand, blood chips also appear to do nothing but I know they're used in the offering chest to get stuff and I got stuff from them.  Is that what I do with the rest of these ingredients, throw them all in the chest?

I noticed when I use succubus heart with Sexlab P+, drain to death mechanics don't work. Regardless of whether is drained to 0 hp, or with the always drain on kill options, draining always leaves them at 1 hp and need to hit them to kill. This occurs regardless of the delay death options. Not something game breaking, but curious as to why that is the case.

If you're crashing then something is seriously wrong, you should re-download and re-install Succubus Heart to ensure it installed correctly and wasn't corrupted. Also double check you have all the requirements and your load order is correct. The ingredients are consumed and give various effects.

SexLab P+ causes a ton of issues with Succubus Heart, the events system SexLab normally uses appears to be completely broken when using SexLab P+, so I'd avoid using it for now. The exact cause here is that the mod events that Succubus Heart uses to calculate its effects don't fire reliably or just stop working completely. (This is an issue with SexLab P+ and there's nothing I can do about it, it also breaks many aspects of orgasms, arousal, item drops, drain not ending properly, drain not 'starting' properly, animations failing to start, ect, ect...)

Gosh darn it, I'm guessing this is a SkyrimVR issue.  I tried both the LL and the Nexus versions and both CTD upon consuming a succubus ingredient.  There is a VR version of SKSE which may or may not have all the functions of pancake SKSE.  SkyrimVR is also limited to Sexlab v1.63 and not the newer v1.65.  My SkyrimVR executable has also been patched up from v1.4.15  to the standard v1.5.97.  Other then that, I should have met all requirements.

Can you provide any more details on this? Succubus Heart won't reduce Stamina below 0, though debuffs / negative effects from other mods may reduce it farther.

Wewt! I don't know the cause of the CTD but I found a solution. The issue with my game seems to have been the null effects on the ingredients.  All I had to do was create a blank magic effect that did nothing and assign it to the ingredients instead of null and no more CTD and I get the succubus effects.  This does mean that the UI will say what the ingredient does, so I named my blank magic effect something like "Empowers Succubus Abilities."

How are the succubus mana costs calculated?  I get a bug every so often when I try to open the succubus chests or teleport to their realm that says I don't have enough magicka when I'm at 300+ on lvl 11 with gear.  Drinking fortify mana potions doesn't help.  But the bug sorts itself out before returning on occasion.  Dunno what it could be, script load, maybe?
