Hey Sims 4 community, how many weirdos like me out there have a interest in both vore and Sims 4? There's got to be some group of people other than me where fans of both of those things overlap, right? Well here's your chance to throw some idea spaghetti at the wall to see if we can't make a mod with vore themes.

For the base game there's already the famous sim icon, the Cowplant, which has been in many iterations of the sims game. This bovine themed carnivorous plant, if left unfed, eats sims who are tempted by it's cake lure in the base unmodded game. Is this vore? Maybe? But much like there's already sex/woohoo in the unmodded game, the Cowplant is fun but it's rather lacking in regards of being interactive with the player, or very exciting.
That's why mods like WickedWhims are made to spice things up! 

 

My goal is to create mod that has more animations, options, buffs, and story elements with vore. 
Starting off simple with the first thing being worked on is some WickedWhim animations for vine sex/vore with the cowplant and going forward from there. 

 

Not having created a gameplay changing Sims 4 mod before some help or tips for ways this could be accomplished would be appreciated. I've got a big scope for vore mods in the game but starting small and doable first off. 

 

 

EDIT/UPDATE: 5/24/2019 Sorry for the lack of activity. Professional and personal life has been consuming all of my time leading for little opportunity to update or post any more. 

I am still planning on continuing to go forward with creating Sims 4 vore content, whether an entire bundled mod or just add on CC is still to be seen. 
Starting with Cow-plant tentacle fun and seeing where I can go for there. More updates soon, I hope. 
Since this is my first project on The Sims 4 modding scene I hope you will treat any hiccups, long waits, or bugs with indulgence, as I hope to be able to do in making content readily available for the community.

So what do you need to speed this along. I don't have experience but that's what the internets for.

If this is a burden reach out man. There are plenty willing to help.  You also don't want this turning out like the Skyrim vore mod where only a fraction of the community was happy.

Urns (tombstones) are now skulls, I'll fix texture and collision issues soon. 

Cowplants are now 100% immortal, and still have extreme hunger values.

 

Tips for better reaction than cheering? It's placeholder for now and was much better than just not noticing your friend getting eaten.

I say for reactions you could make them trait based. Like good and family oriented can make them freak out and cry like normal and have evil,  mean and non committal can make them cheer.  Also do you think you could possibly make it so pregnant sims can be eaten?  The old mods that used to do that are severely outdated.

In any case the following is mere speculation given my limited experience within game modding.

 

If anyone has experience, there are several things we require that I do not possess the experience for as of yet.

 

Animation & 3D Models

If we realistically want more creatures and\or adding more animations we require someone capable of animating, not to mention getting the actual models, textures etc for various creatures. This would also apply for same-size sim vore with new belly meshes & textures. Animated bulges, shrinking bulges, defecation animation, defecation objects (dung\skeletons). This seems like it would be the most amount of work, especially for new 3d models.

 

Scripting & Code

Experience with how one can setup a vore system within the confines of other systems (wickedwhims) or as a completely new system. This also includes setting up Traits and general behaviour interactions for reacting to vore, linking animations and other standard fanfare within animation mods. Vore conversation and teasing preds\preys should be possible. 

 

Sound

We need some sounds to use. Someone with a microphone that happens to be hungry :)

We might want to use wickedwhims system of dynamic Sim talk\groan. Belly sounds, defecation, burping, acid(?) sizzling on top of whatever sim voice system we use.

 

 

 

The mod should allow every sim to be eaten in all manners (teen+) given user-defined costumization. Only interested in male vore\furries\same-size...? That should be an option. Fatal vore makes it hard to sleep at night? No deaths through banning of animation\animation stages. Scat is another good example.

 

 

A very simple beginner project would be to create quicksand animations. I am aware that GOOD QS mechanics is not that easy to pull off, but this is much easier to accomplish than creating full new 3d models with added animation. With QS we can simply animate the Sim and submerge the sim to practice making the sim go away. 

Multiple sim and practicing reaction scripts might also be prudent.

 

I for one welcome the idea of a bukkake quicksand sink :P

 

This became something that peeked my interest of late, though actually DOING IT is of course not the same as just writing about it.

Work would go a long way if someone else would find it interesting enough to advice or otherwise help out :)

 

 

What do you think? Feasible?

Mod Version 0.0.1 Progress Update

Since Cowplants are already on their way to falling under the umbrella of what could be considered vore it makes sense to start adding vore into the game by first modifying this iconic Sims flora. This mod’s release plans on piggybacking on the wonderful Turbodriver’s Wicked Whims system; allowing for woohoo and other questionable interactions expanding on the ravenous bovine plant. 

 

Letter of intent- This mod aims to expand upon the Laganaphyllis Simnovorii(commonly known as the Cowplant) and act as the foundation for future Vore focused mod in this Sims 4ore mod pack down the line.

Things Italicized are aspirational features/stretch goals that require further looking into by modder as to the logistics of modding them into the game.

Cowplant Vore interactions to be implemented: 

  • When a Sim goes to grab the cake lure there’s a chance of triggering a surprise woohoo with the CowPlant

  • Wicked Whims Cowplant woohoo has a chance(variable) of getting your sim eaten

  • Sims Eaten after/during Cowplant woohoo not initiated by TargetSim have an 60% chance of being digested whether or not it’s their first interaction with the Cowplant or they’ve tried to eat the lure cake before or not(the massaging of vines and Cowplant “fluid injections” in their orifices making them more easily broken down into Cowplant food)

  • Non-Fatal sex with Cowplant has a chance of impregnating surviving sim with it's seed(Cowplant Berry) via oviposition with it's tentacular vines

PLANNED FEATURES

  • Woohoo with Cowplant

  • Ability to name individual Cowplants

  • Added Cowplant/Sim relationship modifiers 

  • Option to encourage other sims to grab cake lure/feed other Sims to Cowplants

  • Cowplant “Upgrades” 


This is my first game-play altering mod so please excuse the learning curve that comes with picking up a new skill. 


So far we have 

  • Custom Modified Rigged Cowplants  
  • Practice animations between sims and Cowplant tested
  • Cowplant Cow-Bell necklace accessory created for sims
  • Cute potted Cowplant sprout(decorative)

Hey, I really appreciate the interest. Thank you. 
If the delay/break from content creation updates from me in this topic is any great indicator I fear that the consistency and time constraints required by Patreon for staying within Patreon tiers the way this community expects is currently out of the wheelhouse for what I'm up for. 
I'd love to be able to share more frequently and give updates and exclusive content to those kind enough to enjoy what I create but I don't want to let anyone down. 

For now I'm working on a "do what I can when I can" basis. However since at the moment Patreon seems non-viable until I get the ball rolling more and am confident that this is something I'll be able to continue doing, working on, and updating- the time I can justify applying to working on this project when I'm not getting paid means it falls after the priorities of other important life focuses, such as school and work. 
So it's a bit of a catch-twenty -two. I can't responsibly consider starting a Patreon for this mod without putting more work into it and getting in a good workflow, but I can't put the amount of work into it I'd like to and take long periods out of my day to study and learn expanded 'professional' Sims 4 modding without having financial support to back it up.
What can ya do? ?‍♀️

Ohh updates? Sounds great. I really hope you can get something together.. and see how you and the other turn out similar/different, still holding out hope for a sim/sim one but amt  still liking the idea and developments :)  A odd thought if you could work it in ?  What bout the ability to use  the lovely cow plant as a  nap spot?  nothing like a warm gooey bed eh? :P

Sim on Sim vore is in the cards for Sims 4ore, and being worked on but at this moment alongside Wicked Cowplants but there's no solid timeline for it's active progress or release. More updates to come as I get a better idea of the scope of everything.

Glad you're still kicking it, not gonna lie, that sound pretty cool.
Do you have any plans for the Mother plant? 0 pressure anyway.
I prefer having the Sim on Sim vore, but don't worry, we won't die waiting, take your time.

LIFE SUXX!!.. why can't we just have fun and play games all day :P. With two  mods being worked on.. I will say I am  curious and  happy to see the interest and progress.. wish I could wrap my head round coding .. but just gives me a headache. I would love a  peek at the mod myself..  I always end up breaking games anyway with heavy mod loads

With everyone asking about the timeline I'll just put out there- there is none. Nothing concrete anyways. This is a "work on it when I can" project.
For a safe/conservative idea of when I hope to have a functional full beta-release I'd say mid-july(in time for my birthday ?).
Not that I won't be releasing any tests, content, or pre-release mini-mods in relation but for the system I'm programming I don't want to leave you guys with a half functional piece of a mod. This is going to be something that even after it's release I'm going to continue building upon, updating, and making more versions, so the core function has to be airtight. 

All this taken into consideration I'd also just like to be very transparent and keep it realistic with my own life situation.
I'd love to work on this every waking moment and it be my main focus, but I'm a full time student, and have other various life responsibilities that come first. 
Will continue to keep you updated with any more timeline information or big changes.
As it stands I hope to release a fun themed CAS and object bundle for you all in relation to all this by the end of the month. 

TomFame is also working on a vore-themed sims 4 project so please check them out as well. They seem lovely, and I look forward to seeing what they do and their work.

After now officially unhijacking this thread, I am now considering courses in Python and Internet Ethics. 

 

Some of you may notice quotes of me in other posts. Long story short - I started working on this and posting my results in this thread, complete with a general work plan and intentions of future plans. Without knowledge or consent from OP. Does not take a genius to understand what is wrong there.

 

Now all my posts are removed to not saturate this thread with information pertaining to the developer\developing regarding the mod project.

I would love a Mod for macrophilia vore, or even just macrophilia. Though I think this is a long shot. I have been able to make the sims larger and make others smaller but not quite giant vs tiny. Also the sex mods dont work well when you change their size they end up fucking the air and the tiny's end up getting swallowed by the bed. Do you have anything yet for vore?
