I've disabled so many mods and nothing is stopping the crashes. Disabling any of the below mods would defeat the point of playing, as I wanted to do an animal mansion playthrough in SE. I need alternate start to start at dark brotherhood right by animal mansion - but then as soon as I get close to Falkreath the city right by animal mansion that I need to go to, in order to continue the questline - it crashes to the desktop.

I don't know how to paste the active mods in a way that they show up in load order, so here's a screenshot of my load order attached

Try using loot and sort your load order, and see if any dependencies are missing.

Alternate Start should be at the bottom of the load order for example. Maybe visit the pages of the mods and look for clues what could cause the crashes.

Hey, sorry, the load order isn't actually what is shown there. I attached my load order to this message. I'm using loot.

You may want a certain play through, but you're troubleshooting, not playing. Since animal mansion makes changes to falkreath, and that's where you crash, don't you think it might be a good idea to find out if animal mansion is what's causing your crashes? Or would you rather keep doing the same thing and hoping for different results?

Is it possible even with mods disabled they are still effecting the game? When I first tried to play I had mannyyy mods everything from beyond skyrim bruma to phendrix magic world. IT actually worked fine with all these mods for a while, until maybe third quest of animal mansion and then it stopped letting me talk to npcs randomly and to fix this I started removing mods and well.... now I'm here with it just crashing to desktop so it being even worse.

I believe that JustinSix has the right of it. You likely have scripts still floating around. The best way I've found to handle that is to download Fallrim Tools from Nexus. Follow the directions. It will tell you if you don't have loose scripts and will remove them for you if that is the case. Then reload the CLEANED save and see if your problem isn't fixed.

Disable everything including Alternate start then from the main menu open the console and enter coc FalkreathExterior01 which will drop you outside Dead Man's Drink inn in Falkreath.

If that loads fine then the issue is likely with your save file which can, among other things contain copies of scripts and references to invalid base forms that may lead to instability. Not sure what the word is on cleaning SSE saves right now.

If your game crashes in that state then the issue is with the game itself and you're probably better off verifying and redownloading the game files through Steam.

Edit: And for future reference, in MO2 click on the folder icon above the mod list (left side) and select Open Profile Folder. There'll be a file called loadorder.txt from which the load order can copied in text format to avoid having to keep uploading screenshots.
