Darkening Demise Posted June 20, 2018 Posted June 20, 2018 Be careful when updating a lot of vanilla content is screwed up and a lot of Mods/CC are broke. Custom counters are busted so if you use CC furniture be ready for errors. People are reporting stairs give last exceptions along with columns and these are vanilla stairs and columns. Some report campfires can't be used without chairs. You cannot light fireplaces. Windows give graphical glitches. And so much more. I've been removing script mods after getting error 102 when trying to load any household on my current save. After removing Nisa's and BD, the household loaded, though I was told there was a new version of whims so I exited and didn't test further.
Vinneyc Posted June 21, 2018 Posted June 21, 2018 For me Mods are there but only in CAS mode (creating or editing Sims). When I try to log on it goes to map, shows the family I want to log on to but when I click to continue it goes to the open screen where you pick the community with nothing loaded? In CAS it seems to have all the mods including new ones I added this morning.

Evilash34 Posted June 21, 2018 Posted June 21, 2018 I tried the fix suggested for wicked whims until the patched version goes public. I backed up my mods and save folder completely. Then removed save folder and mods and re-added whicked whims fresh and created a fresh save and seems to have cleared the exception error. I kept the resource.cfg in the mods folder but deleted everything else after I backed it up. I loaded up new game and seems okay so far. Not sure what else is broken though lol.

I removed MC and WW and several script mods but I'm still getting same error. Help, any suggestions ? Should I just wait for things to settle down and instructions to come .. I used the new patched MC and WW mods but no success !! SAD

OK OK I lied I'm pissed off and this is totally unacceptable. and drinking shots of Tequila while hunting down the latest versions of my mods..... we all should have known by now.........if a new update or expansion pack is out their will be hiccups!
Littlebit31 Posted June 23, 2018 Posted June 23, 2018 I can't get any mods to work. I can't seem to get any updated mods to add in the script mods or custom content. I remove all mods when the patch was downloading and then went in with one mod to see if things were OK. The old mod showed up in CC and Scripts but when I went to open the game it just spun and never loaded. I then went in to download mods that updated and the few that updated won't add in Custom Content or Script Mods, including Wicked Whims. Update: I was the screwup. I had messed up my Keka and it was my fault the mod wasn't loading correctly. All good!!!
