Ezarr Posted June 2, 2018 Posted June 2, 2018 Hi guys, I just want to know if someone is interested to convert this outfit to Skyrim? https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/9460/
myuhinny Posted June 2, 2018 Posted June 2, 2018 File doesn't require fallout 4 in game textures all you have to do is for the female ones is to. 1.) Load one of the nifs into the fallout 4 nifskope version and then export top out in .OBJ format then pants then boots. 2.) Open outfit studios and start new project pick the body you want then new outfit hit browse and drop one of the .OBJ files into it and load it next hit load outfit and drop the next .OBJ file and just repeat till all .OBJ's are loaded. 3.) Scale whole outfit down and adjust it to fit then adjust body to remove most clipping. (Can also zap body parts to remove clipping in areas where skin isn't showing to prevent holes in areas like the waist.) 4.) Add weight painting. 5.) Add texture paths. Spoiler *Edit It does seem that the NV female version the harness outfit in the nif requires a fallout 4 texture but you can delete it out and use the tube top pants and boots. Spoiler Male stuff I have no clue on.
Ezarr Posted June 3, 2018 Author Posted June 3, 2018 So I just need nifskope and Outfit studio to convert it?
myuhinny Posted June 3, 2018 Posted June 3, 2018 That all depends on what is in the nif and what you plan on doing or need to do. Fallout 4 pose is mostly is similar to skyrim pose except for the arms. For anything with sleeves you would need a 3d tool to change the pose to skyrim pose. For anything with no sleeves like the vest and bikinis all you have to do is export it out in .OBJ format then load that .OBJ file into outfit studios and scale and adjust the outfit to where you want it at and where it looks the best at. If you want to remove the shirt part from the vest mesh you would need a 3d tool like blender or 3d max to remove that part from it. I used blender to remove that shirt mesh from the vest.
