Still working or not? There's been no update since 2021 and I'm trying to decide if i buy ''Get Famous'' or not. The only reason I'd get it is to make this work.

I've seen mentions of Patreon but if the only way to try the mod and see if i like it is to buy an xpac i don't care for AND blindly subscribe to a Patreon I'll just skip since i don't play much Sims anyway.

With the newest update- my sim no longer has an animation tied to live streaming.. she sits down, gets back up, and it's instantly over. does this happen to just be a bug? or is it because I also have red apple net installed?

Question: do you need to be in the AEP career to get invited to photo shoots? Or do you just need to have an adultworld account?

Cool, an update.  The new version has different folder and file names, will this have any impact to sims who already started the career using previous mod version?

Just remove old files manualy and put new files. All sims should be fine.

Hmm, I'll look again, but last time I tried the only options I had were to leave the career, and when I came back it put me in ACTOR again. I'll play around some more.

Teens were removed several years ago from using AEP by @Ksuihuh and there was no "workaround".

You can also temporary use UI Cheat Extension to cheat the career path to the one you want. With it installed just click in the Career tab in your Sim UI.

A quick question before I try the mod. This one breaks after game updates like WW and MC or is it a standalone mod that just always work?

What's REALLY needed are CC objects (Namely a workstation & video equipment INCLUDING a video drone that can be whipped out of personal inventory to record video from ANYWHERE) so one can use ANY room in ANY lot

 

Once the video is recorded, it can then be uiploaded to aep.com (A domain Name you should consider registering IRL BTW FWIW - Just saying  lol) so our Sims can get MORE fame from EVERY means possible

Except for the drone, it's already there. CC camera to record the fun, then upload to and edit from the existing video station. Then publish the video for royalties.

Well, you know what the funny thing is, there is drone for that from another creator, but I think it is outdated.

I think so too because the drone that comes with Get Famous works better (Maybe it's been rendered obsolete by the one from Get Famous??)

Well, if you go to the mod link, it says, Get Famous EP is required.

So, maybe the model of drone itself is based on Get Famous Drone.

Also, if you see the description of mod, it says:

Disables the privacy settings on the Get Famous streaming/recording drones

Drones will follow you when having woohoo, when you're showering, into the bathroom.... They don't respect your personal boundaries. Your followers will enjoy watching you at your most intimate moments!

Somewhat compatible with Wicked Whims animations - may sometimes cause sims to not drop items they're holding before starting.

This is a script mod and is done in a way to minimize mod conflicts - Here's the technical description of how it works:
- It wraps a Sims 4 function that adds object tracking to the Privacy Service and skips things with "Drone" in it
- It tries to detect Wicked Whims and, if present, skips some steps that would otherwise kill the drone's recording

So, it will let recording of WW woohoo/sex.

So that is what the mod itself was pretty useful.
