aep AEP_Career_4.8.3 - Bug Update- December 4, 2025

Hey! How's it going? So I used to use this mod on and off as the only part of it that really caught my attention was the sex cam work. And honestly simhub has been a big disappointment for me as it isn't too custom gender friendly [turbo disagrees of course but it can't find my intersex sims vagina ?‍♀️] Anyway, I know people ask a lot for certain mods to be modular etc and I really don't want to be one of those people as I understand why creators don't do such. However, I would really love for just the sex cam streaming feature of this mod to be its own like work from home type of thing. You know how with Uni we got that esports meeting thing? Could just maybe make it something similar to that? Set times/days like a real sex cams where they go live for viewer etc.  I've been.. on a desperate hunt recently for some sort of modeling career thats active/work from home that is also erotic in nature. Simhub had that idea but it fell flat very very badly [for me]. Would love to know your thoughts on this.

Hey! I tested it and everything work fine. But I realized that your Sim might not introduce yourself to the Photographer. These interactions are available only after introduction.

Honestly, there  is no mechanic in the mod where you need to have sex with anyone. You're just sitting in front of the computer and camming alone. In future version there is camming animation. One for female and one for male and that's it.  Maybe try reading description of the mod to see what it has offer?‍♀️

Hello! Sorry I didn't really play that much of University, so not sure how it works there. I have an idea how to make camming from work more exciting. I want to add animation choice, fan reactions, trends, maybe ability to plan streams and buy your own studio. But it's all just in plans for now. I' working on making the career itself active and I won't try to change or implement anything big, until the career is active and up and running. So, it will be some time before I work on camming from home option. Sorry.

Ah, that's the ticket.  I was already friends with the photographer, so I didn't realise I had to re-introduce myself to her again.  Once I did that, all the interactions unlocked properly.  Thanks so much for figuring it out for me  

I also wanted to add a tip for anyone who's having trouble getting through the event because of the insane amount of people hanging out there.  Once I placed the photo studio lot, I used Nisa's Lot Trait Extender mod to add the "no fans or paparazzi" trait to the lot. Now the only people who can enter are the employees, and it really speeds up getting through the tasks.

Maybe I was misremembering from another mod. I guess for some reason my brain merged details of another mod with this one.

First of all, thanks for the mod, really enjoying it.

 

I would like to ask if there is way to trigger the photoshoot, or at least increase the chance for one?

 

Previously, I never got the second call (I followed the installation instructions), and while I didn't have an exclamation mark above the studio, all furniture was x/0. Today I updated my game, so now my furniture is x/1, so I'd like to somehow test if now I can get the 2nd call.

 

Edit: Updating the game helped, got the second call and event, but after choosing the outfit most of the NPC's got replaced with fans, so I couldn't take the photos (but the event ended successfully).

• There is a new menu on a computer 'AdultWorld.com' where you can find interactions to 'Watch Porn' and also 'Create a Channel' at AEP 'Live Cams'. After creating a channel you can start earning money by doing live streams and Vip shows. There is a 24 hours cooldown period for 'Livestream' interaction. You can also talk to your subscribers and gain fame. If teen will try to stream on 'LiveCams' they might be caught and banned from the website, but if they have a high skill in programming they can hack and restore their channel.

• After creating a channel at 'LiveCams' and getting enough subscribers your Sim will start to get Fanmail from the fans. If you want your Sim to get naughty items, you will need to download a couple of CC. You can find a list of the items with links in here or in the ChangeLog and Installation & Gameplay guide.

• If your Sim chose to pursue Porn Star career through the official job, then on Acting Branch they will get access to the Advertisement Deals on the computer. The higher your level, the more deals you get. You will get money for this and even can get send some custom condoms to try.
• If your Sim in the Acting Branch of the career, they can sell their phone interview. You can find this interaction on the phone. Pay depends on the success of the interview.
• If you have a channel at the 'LiveCams' you can get an invitation to the Erotic Photoshoot. You will get the first call in the morning and the second call in the evening after which you will be automatically transferred to the event. It's an active event where you will need to perform tasks and your pay will depend on how well you perform. You need a place a custom venue for this to works. You can find it DOWNLOAD section here or donload it on my website. READ THE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION carefully! Especially if you use custom venues from other creators!

• After the photoshoot you can get your photos by 'Ask for Photos'. You can take just one photo at a time. 
• You can also Hire Photographer at home. For this, you need 'In a Flash Photo Studio.
• You can record sex videos and upload them on the Simternet. For this, you will use custom camera Vivus 3000 to record and video stations from 'Get Famous' pack to upload. Type of the video you get in the end depends on the satisfaction buff of your Sim. To get more detail on the recording module, please check out the ChangeLog or AEP Installation & Gameplay guide.

• There is also a Medio Studio menu on the computer where your Sim can practice editing skill. More interactions will be added later.

= HOW TO INSTALL =

Download just one version of the mod.

Extract files from the .zip file.

Put .package file and .ts4script file into your Mods folder. To do this, go to Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods. 

DO NOT PUT THE .TS4SCRIPT FILE MORE THEN ONE FOLDER DEEP IN YOUR MODS FOLDER!!!

Make sure you have only one copy of Neia_Career_Commons.

Download Photostudio Venue here or here and follow instalation insctruction in the post.

Make sure you have only one VenueList in your Mods folder. KsuihuhVenueList already contains all other existing venues of other moders I'm aware of: LittleMsSam's, Zerbu's, Basemental's, Coolspear’s Multipark Venue and  itasan2's Get To College Mod. So If you use one of this mods delete their VenueList and keep just KsuihuhVenueList.

Make sure that Script Mods are enabled in your game. To do that go to your game setting, click Game Options, Other, and see if Script Mods are allowed.

So I got the studio working but I'm just curious when you say that there's no part that'll make your sim have sex with anybody when in the frame previews for the mod it shows at the studio some lady telling a sim there is already a sim back there for your sim to have sex? I haven't done the interactive shoot when you get called in yet, so, curious. Please let me know. Would very much like animations and such for when doing stuff with the vivux and interactive shoot. Or an option to invite fans to participate in a video, etc. Let me know as you update

Not sure, it worked for me since the beginning. Did you check under the Web option? In the first version it was under Web, but in the newer one I get the menu after clicking More choices.

"Guys waiting for you at the studio" I am pretty sure refers to the stylist and photographer and such. Unless they've changed it since the last time I actually sent my sims to the studio. But that part is optional.  I usually just have my sims do cam work at home, and make home videos to upload with the camera, and then you control who your sim has sex with and how based on the ww animations.

I had my sims record a video and transfer it to the station, they were able to edit it and add transitions and all that, but when I select to upload it to adultworld, it acts like it's doing that but it doesn't. I never get the confirmation that it uploaded, and it stays in the editing station inventory. This started after the first time I changed the name on a video, but that might be coincidence because it's happening to all my videos that I've made since then, too.  I'm not sure what might be causing it to try work arounds.

I'm having a lot of issues with aep not working properly lately (idk why cuz it used to work somewhat fine), so i am waiting for the new update to become public and hopefully it will make the mod work a little better If i had the money for it I would totally subscribe to your patreon, but unfortantly i don't have that so i'm dependent on the public updates

Hey !

 

So, I got the first call, telling me to go to the place at 8, but never got the second call.

I'm not sure if I installed correctly.

My game is not in English.

I have 2/3 DLCs. I don't have the "In the City" one.

In the .zip, there are 6 items :

4 .bip

1 .trayitem

1 .blueprint

 

And I placed them all in the Tray file, in the game directory, that good ?

I did place the photoshoot building in-game. I went there with my sim, and I couldn't knock on the door or anything, and nobody was inside.

Of course I got AEP Pornography installed too.

 

Am i missing something ?

hey so I can't seem to find the Keep In Shape option on any of the workout machines? my sim worked out on them and the daily task never started.

HOOOOW do you turn off fan mail?! I swear I saw it somewhere in the settings the other day but didn't want to do it then. But my Sim literally gets the same perfume and dildo everyday and I can't sell them unless I go into the household inventory. I love the mod but I'd like to disable this feature, please!

With the last patreon version of WW you have a wrong WW library call, you'll need to update your mod for this.
