New Lifeguard Career View File Hi everyone! First of all, I want to sincerely apologize for taking so long to upload a new mod. I've been absent due to health issues, including two surgeries. I'm finally back, feeling better, and wanted to post this to show you (and all the new ones!) that I'm active. Thank you so much for your patience! About this mod: This is a completely new and revamped version of the lifeguard career. It's entirely different from the basic lifeguard career found in The Sims 4 (Base Game/Island Living). If you ever felt the official career was too short or simple, this mod adds much more realism to the daily life of a beach or pool lifeguard. It includes a detailed progression system with more custom levels (from training courses to the chief position) to make the career path feel authentic, challenging, and rewarding. Job performance is also slightly increased. Submitter Carlos27 Submitted 07/14/26 Category Other Requirements Base game and game version 1.124. Extract the files and place the .package and .ts4script files in your Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods folder.

HL_Maids — Maid Career [18+] View File HL_Maids adds a complete, story-driven Maid career to The Sims 4: take the job, travel to a client's home, clean it while the place gets dirty around you — and decide how far you'll go to climb the ranks. Built for WickedWhims, but works without it. How it works Take the job. Join the Maid career and head to a client's home each shift. The place gets dirty around you in real time and you clean it object by object — toilets, sinks, showers, tubs, counters — with on-screen goals and a dynamic performance meter. Climb the ranks. Ten levels, from Maid in Training to Matron of the Household, each with its own narrative, uniform and pay. But the promotion arc isn't won with a sponge alone — it asks you to charm the homeowner too. Work the homeowner. A dedicated "Maid" interaction menu unlocks more moves as your level and relationship grow — from holding their gaze to offering yourself for "extra tasks" — with flirty animations and matching moods. Choose your style. Three work tones — clean diligently, flirt with the owner, or play hard to get — each shifting your performance and your mood. Answer the boss. Chance cards from your boss appear as you rise: a private word, a client who asked for you by name, a test of how far your ambition goes — each paying a tip and leaving you with a feeling. Go further (with WickedWhims). At level 5+, "extra tasks" ends exactly where you'd imagine — with the homeowner, on a bed, and a clean finish afterwards. Features 10-level active career with a maid uniform, custom icons and its own narrative at every rank Real cleaning gameplay — per-object goals, dirt that builds during your shift, a score that counts no matter who cleans A "Maid" interaction menu — 9 social moves on the homeowner, gated by level and relationship, with flirty animations and matching moods Your boss's chance cards, each paying a tip and a mood 3 work tones: clean diligently, flirt with the owner, or play hard to get WickedWhims integration (optional): at level 5+, "extra tasks" ends with the homeowner, on a bed, and a clean finish English text throughout; community translations supported Requirements The Sims 4 + Get to Work — required (the career runs on that pack's active-career system). Drop the HL_Maids folder (with HL_Maids.package + HL_Maids.ts4script) into your Mods folder. Make sure script mods are enabled in Game Options, then restart. Translations (community) The mod ships in English. View File The Corinthian Corinthian is a new location for XCL. This is basically two very different jobs in one both at the Corinthian hotel. You start as an ordinary hotel worker but there are promotions available. Including a whole new way of employing Bar Girls. There is a mod option to unlock both jobs from the start but for the first playthrough it is recommended to play through normally. FAQ: Why are there two files? The Corinthian file is all you need to play. However the Additional Events file (Corinthian AE) adds a lot of variety and new events/missions. They are split in two so that an update of the basegame does not require everyone to download all those media files again. Are there any known conflicts with other mods? No. Will other mods work well with this mod? Yes. especially Bar girls will work will and add a lot of variety to especially the night job at the Corinthian. "Any job" mod is also supported. Can I play this in my old save? Yes. Although you might have to wait a day until the locations appear. Corinthian is 99% new stuff so shouldn't interfere with any other thing. Do I need any other mods to play this? No, it is entirely self-contained. How do I start this mod? It should start on its own. You can select the Corinthian during the daily planning with the 🏨 (hotel) icon. If you load a save or use the option to unlock night right away you might have to wait a day until you see the option to go to the Corinthian. Why do I get an error when adding this mod to the modloader? You need to update your modloader to the latest version and then re-add the mod into the modloader. Features: 2 new jobs A new way to use bargirls Lots of new sex scenes 80's soundtrack More stuff do to do in the morning and evening Assistants: Choosing assistants customizes your experience at night somewhat. They adjust both kinks and difficulty. Bear in mind that not everything is completed yet. For modders: https://gitgud.io/Portinari/the-corinthian There are passage tags in the code that can be listened to but the other main way I expect modding to come here is to add more missions and events. How to write a mission for Corinthian nights: Make a new twee file. Needs to contain 5 passages: cor title X cor description X cor short description X cor resolution X corinthian add missions [around] X is the id you define in "corinthian add missions" where you have to make a dm containing all the various variables that the mod need. The 3 first are relatively simple as they simply contain text that the mod will show at various points. Please keep title and short description relatively short. Resolution should start with (display: "cor calculate mission success") and end with (display:"cor night mission reward"). This is were the result of the job is presented and you can check $currentmissionstate for the result of the job. Example of the setup datamap method :: corinthian add missions [around] { (display:_around) (set: _task to (dm: "id", "stripper", "type", "mission", "success", 50, "fail", 40, "critfail", 5, "critsuccess", 5, "positivetags", (a: "exhibitionist", "seductive","graceful"), "negativetags", (a: "bitch", "religious"), "skills", (a: "dance"), "participants", 1, "length", 1, "occurrence", 50, "payout", 50) ) (set: $cortasks to it + (a: _task)) } How to add an event for Corinthian Make a passage with one or both of the relevant tags: maid_event_fail and maid_event_success Write the event in that passage. End the event with a call to (cs:"job framework end") Example: :: uneventful maid event [maid_event_fail maid_event_success] { (display:"describe boring day") (nl:2) <div class='options'> (link:"End work")[ (set:$next to "job framework end") (display:"change screen") ] </div> } Submitter portinari Submitted 02/08/26 Category New Locations Requirements Latest version of basegame and mod loader.

NIGHT SECURITY & ACCESS CONTROL: THE PROFESSIONAL BOUNCER CARRER (Some images may contain content not suitable for all viewers) Here's another career mod, based on nightclub bouncers at different clubs. It's suitable for teenage student Sims as well. The performance level is a bit difficult, but not as difficult as in other mods I've created. 1. The basic main levels: Upon joining the job, there are 3 rank levels. The workday is between 8:30 PM and 9:30 PM. It's also suitable for those who have a family of vampire Sims. 1.2 Hierarchy Selection: - Disco Security Officer: Suitable for any type of Sim (wizards, Sims, and especially vampires). - Night Club Officer: Similar to the previous hierarchy, suitable for (wizards, Sims, and vampires). - Bar Security Officer: Suitable for any Sim. But not suitable for those with a vampire family (unless your vampire is immune to sunlight and you are in the third rank of this hierarchy). - Gentleman Club Security: Suitable for any Sim. Except for vampires, who can work in this profession as long as they are in ranks 4 through 6 in this hierarchy, or immune to daylight. - Security at Strip Clubs: Suitable for any type of Sim, including those from a vampire family or those who are vampires themselves. 2. About Teenagers: This is a suitable job for teenage Sims since the game doesn't include much paid content for teenagers. -

Bricklaying Career View File Bricklaying Career (Hard Work) Looking for a challenging work experience for your Sims? Not all Sims aspire to office jobs. This mod introduces the Bricklayer career, designed to represent a trade that requires physical effort. Description: For those of you who enjoy physically demanding jobs for your Sims, I've got this mod for you. It's a job that requires a lot of physical effort and long hours, especially at the lower ranks, with intensive shifts and few days off. The performance level is quite challenging. This job is suitable not only for adults but also for teenagers. If you want your teen Sims to skip school, they can still work. This profession is optional for teenagers, as the base game doesn't include many jobs for teens, and those that are available have short hours. With this profession, you have freedom. Tip: For players who have MC Center installed. I imagine there's also an option for teenagers to drop out of school; I don't know how it works in these latest versions. But if you prefer, you can also ignore the principal's call when you're absent from class; either option works. Regarding the image, I wanted to add a touch of humor. AWACS ACTBW View File AWACS Career Pack – Extreme Military Career Mod (Inspired by Ace Combat) If you enjoy intense jobs with demanding schedules and great rewards, this mod is for you. Based on the AWACS system from the Ace Combat series, this mod introduces a fully developed Military Academy System. Before becoming an AWACS captain in your chosen region or state, you'll need to complete a paid, six-level military academy. After graduating, you can join one of two military hierarchies: Belka (11 levels) or Ustio (12 levels), each with its own structure, roles, and pay scale. But be warned: the performance required for promotion has been significantly increased; it's not an easy climb. Prepare for 7- to 15-hour shifts, rotating schedules, extreme training, and a career progression system more intense than any standard Sims 4 job. However, the most demanding schedules are only available at the higher levels; starting with a full schedule, it's not demanding. This isn't a career for lazy Sims. Hospital DLC View File WARNING THIS CONTENT MAY CONTAIN IMAGES NOT SUITABLE FOR ALL USERS DLC - Career Expansion: Specialties That Actually Make Sense 1. Tired of your Sim saving lives in a lab coat with a tablet without even knowing what they specialize in? Relax, this expansion is for you. It adds new, realistic specialties (yes, realistic… not like those generic professions that come standard). Now your Sims can be ophthalmologists, microbiologists, otolaryngologists, hematologists, and much more. Because yes, it turns out that medicine (and other fields) isn't just "generic level 10 doctor." - Intensive and realistic schedules (this isn't for slackers). Ideal for vampire families: just remember to immunize them against sunlight or they'll end up like nighttime toast. - It includes extra satisfaction points, plus bonuses for witches, warlocks, and vampires who want to improve their skills without relying on pointless tasks or solely on obtaining satisfaction points for trait objectives. 2. Each specialty offers unique progression, with realistic and coherent goals for the profession. ¿Did the base game lack variety? Well, here it is: an expansion with common sense, depth, and finally, professions that sound like more than just "white coat work." 2.1. This DLC includes a 5-year career path. To stay in a real context (real to her personality) I ask you not to think of a sex worker, because it would not be in her personality to look for this type of job. Obviously this is a request but you are free to let your imagination run wild. I leave you the link of the sim, inside you will also find her personality.

A few nights later, in Watson's district. I finally had some contracts on offer. I wasn't going to spit on them, even if it meant doing them past midnight. I needed the money to get a real estate property. And some wheels too, because although night-time strolls were nice, I lacked mobility. See that building with the illuminated façade right behind me? That was one of the places where the fixers operated, distributing and paying out contracts to Night City's various mercenaries. Eleanor the contractor, reporting for duty. The local fixer was Regina Jones, a former journalist who turned into a freelance operative. From her building, the view of Night City's corpo district was stunning. I didn't miss it as much as I thought I would. "So Eleanor... Are you new in town? What are your skills?" "Kind of, yeah. Infiltration and extraction over the last decade." "Good, then you'll have no trouble retrieving the stolen files from the Maelstrom. They have a warehouse north of Watson, in the industrial corner. 5,000 eddies." "Sounds fair, I'll be back before dawn. " It didn't take me long to find the warehouse where the Maelstrom gang was holed up. Mostly maniacs close to cyber-psychosis, they were quite dangerous. That's why I'd come armed, just in case. I didn't want to end up being stripped of my chrome and tossed into the sea. I took the back alley and climbed through a first floor window. Security was low, with no guards and cameras limited to the main areas. I aimed my pistol towards a noise coming from a nearby electronic device. My hearing was spot on. One of the Maelstrom guys stood in the office next door, browsing on his tablet. With these lunatics, best not to risk it and simply shoot them right in the head. The office had a locked door that I opened with a hack. It led into a corridor stocked with various warehouse supplies. I remained cautious, ready to strike back in case of any threat. The closer I got, the more I felt the heat and the noise from the data center, presumably holding what I came for. The server room was guarded by a female Maelstrom who heard me coming. Unfortunately for her, I already had a clear shot in sight. I moved to the control unit screen. Once the files were located, I could download them and leave. A fairly easy job, if you ask me. Rather than backtrack, I took the quick way out: the window closed from the inside. I landed behind the warehouse, right next to the alley I had taken to break in. However, don't be fooled, not every merc job was as smooth sailing as this one. A few days later, I might have been caught by the Maelstrom. Almost stripped naked and thrown into a bathtub of ice water. Yep, you guessed it, my implants were useless in that state. That was the step before they grabbed my body parts. I was dragged from my unconscious state onto the ground by the massive Maelstrom, who crushed my belly to wake me up. "Rise and shine, merc! Not so tough now, are you? We've got a score to settle." "Make it hard for her, I'll be next door when you're done playing." "Count on me boss, she's going to suffer." My stomach and leg were twisted in pain, and my body remained crippled by the bath I had just been plunged into. Despite all these disadvantages, I had to get out of here. "You look like crap. Ready to get your ass kicked, bitch?" "Bring it on! I will beat the shit out of you!" "I like it when they're aggressive. Especially when already battered and mostly naked." "Eat this, you freak!" I rose quickly to my feet and delivered an uppercut that clattered her mask. With my wet hand, she received a well-deserved jolt of electricity. That's what you get for underestimating me. The bathroom led into a wider room, with another minion and the massive Maelstrom, seated in an armchair. Between the two was the exit to my abduction, a perfectly clear doorway into the urban jungle of Night City. "Where do you think you're going, merc? You won't escape from here alive. Get her!" The technician tried to stop me, but all he got was my bare foot in the face. What did he expect? With his skinny build, he didn't stand a chance, even without my implants. As for the giant three times my size, it would have been suicidal to confront him in my condition. So I had to be cunning. I swiftly slipped between his legs when he tried to grab me. The outside looked onto a balcony of one of Night City's many buildings. I didn't think twice and jumped over the railing to the level below. On the way, I delivered a blow to the giant's crotch. Hence my smirk. I went straight to the ripperdoc, just to be sure I didn't have any damaged components or serious injuries. Viktor was the one who helped and stitched me up a month ago. "You're in the clear, Eleanor. Your implants are working properly and your bruises will heal in a a couple of days. You'd better keep a low profile, the Maelstrom won't forget you so easily." "Damn, thanks Vik, you really are the best. Do you have any some extra clothes I could borrow?" "Sure, I'll get them for you in a moment." After getting dressed, Viktor invited me to watch a fight on TV. "You see, El, you can make money by fighting. You told me you were pretty good at martial arts, right? These televised matches can bring big eurodollars. Especially in your case, you're an outsider going up against the biggest brawlers in Night City. If you qualify, of course. You have to beat a bunch of other fighters to compete on the air. Think about it, okay?" Once the fight was over, I headed back out to my dingy motel. If these fights could earn me enough cash to rent a decent apartment and buy a car or bike, I might consider doing it. "Thanks again for your service doc! I'll be back soon to get some sparring tips from Coach Viktor."

In the distant lands of Zakeh, where a huge desert surrounded everything, the city's most famous slave merchant ship docked at the port. The ship was famous for trading with the most exotic slaves of all countries. In the last shipment there was Adasha. She was a foreigner with emerald eyes and dark skin. Always wore her hair tied in a braid and her bangs covered one of her eyes. With fear, Adasha got off the ship and was taken along the hot streets of Zakeh until the slavers found a good buyer for her. A merchant of exotic ingredients offered a large amount for her, and the slaver ended up selling it. Frightened, Adasha tried to resist, even biting her new owner. But the merchant hit her and she passed out. When she woke up, Adasha no longer wore her dirty rags. She now was wearing her body covered in valuable jewels, exposing her most erotic parts. Her owner approached her and Adasha tilted her head down. The merchant pushed her back and stared at her mesmerized. Adasha gathered all her strength, pushed her owner and ran away from the house as quick as her legs allowed her. She hid in a dark corner of the street while thinking what she would do thereafter. Finally Adasha decided to settle outside a nearby farm. When she woke up, the farmer was staring at her. He was about to call the guards when Adasha offered to blowjob him. The farmer gladly accepted. Adasha would now have to do something, put on some clothes before she was easily recognized as a slave. She decided to become a dancer in the streets, with a small extra service. The only thing that Adasha had learned since she was a slave was to offer pleasure and entertainment. So she did. She walked through the alleys with her new client until he found a spot private enough to do her job. Then, the fun began. NAME: Blade Dancer STATUS: Finished. RATING: NSFW. PLOT: The story of Adasha, how she escaped from the slavers and became dancer in the streets.

I've set up a town where all the residents are wearing uniforms of sorts, but I wanted to give some of them accessories to indicate their jobs. I'm looking for something that wouldn't obscure the torso or pelvis, so something in the form of a headband, necklace, earrings, thigh band, bracelet, anklet, or armband would be good. Specifically, I'm looking for something that would indicate someone is a: - mage/wizard (e.g. a soul gem as a necklace) - librarian (e.g earrings that were books or scrolls) - barkeeper (e.g. a washcloth tied around the thigh) Has anyone seen something that would be of use? Thanks in advance!

Jobwarair View File Hey everyone, this is my first mod. The version isn't finished; it's in development. It's a profession, and I plan to increase the difficulty, performance, and rank levels, so don't worry if you don't advance. If you're up for more performance challenges, here it is. It may contain bugs; as you know, it's in development. If you're tired of choosing a classic game profession, you can download this new one. It's based on a video game series. First of all, I ask for your respect in my mod, since I'm new to creating mods, You've already told me what you think. It's only been tested on Sims 4 version 1.118. It hasn't been tested on previous versions. I checked it on my version of the game and it works. Let me know. Best regards. Submitter Carlos27 Submitted 10/17/2025 Category Other Requirements The base game, version 1.118.257, with the mod and script enabled just in case. Move these files to Sims 4/mods.

JOBAIRTERROR v1.0 View File 1. DESCRIPTION Here you have it, the latest version of working as a pilot in the Belka Squadron. Based on the Ace Combat saga. I adjusted and recreated different specialties, and each squadron will have its own work performance. Each squadron will have its own required performance level, and I changed it so that it's not too easy. Some will need a higher performance level than others to advance. In this final version, I redesigned the emblems, increased work schedules and hours, and in some squadrons, reduced the annoying emotions that Sims sometimes experience from working many consecutive days. I adjusted the emotions at some promotion levels (not all) for a bit more realism, and I created different salaries for each squadron, depending on their specialty. 1.2 Changes in Updates: Version beta 2.7 - Squadron development was missing (Schwarze and Schnee) - Levels and development were missing for the recreated squadrons (Blowxyhellfirze and Parxxskuill) - Only the main rank promotions were developed - No squadron categories were developed Version beta 4.0 - Squadron development was missing (Schwarze, Schnee, Blowxyhellfirze, and Parxxskuill) - Squadron levels were completed (Gelb and Rot) Jobairterror v1.0 - Added the 2 missing squadrons (Schwarze, Schnee) - Modified some features - Reduced annoying emotions slightly. But I added some more demanding and stressful levels - I modified the salary IMPORTANT Some emblem images may contain dark, sinister images with a slightly gothic feel. Submitter Carlos27 Submitted 10/31/2025 Category Other Requirements The Sims 4 base game. All mod options enabled. Version 1.118.257; I haven't tested older versions.

Version beta 2.7

Hey everyone, this is my second new profession mod. It's similar to the last one I sent, this version is in development like the first. Based on the Ace Combat saga, to also have a better paid profession. Those of us who are fans of Ace Combat will not sound a few squadron names. But in my first mod I merged squadrons from OSEA and USTIO, changing the emblems and changing these regions and adding some other new squadrons. In this second one, it's similar to the first one, only in this one I will add squadrons more familiar with Belka, bringing more terror and fear to the Sims world :D, with different squadrons and more sarcastic emblems, and more from the dark side, remember this one is in beta version and the previous one I uploaded is almost finished. I know that profession mods don't usually have much success, but you have to start somewhere. Greetings Remember, I've uploaded two images, but there's only going to be one in this mod. The other image is from my other mod based on Ustio, with a few changes.
