Max 4 Max a Gay Save file

This save file focuses on men who love men.
I wanted to rename it from the older version of the save file but I can't think of a more perfect name. It's Masc for Masc but also a reference to Maxis and the Sims 4 and I just can't let this name go.
⚠️This save file only uses Get to Work, Get Together, City Living, Seasons, Cats & Dogs, Vampires, and Strangerville. I chose these because they are the most purchased Sims 4 expansions (except Get to Work, but for Wicked Whims strip clubs you have to have it), and I wanted the save file to be more accessible to more people.
⚠️This does mean packs outside of the ones listed above will be untouched, so if you don’t want the sims that come with those, you have to delete them. Furthermore, if you don't have some of these packs, there will be missing hair, clothes, and some objects, but the majority of everything is base game.
There are two empty homes in each world for your sims, except the small worlds, and Metrocosmopolis (San Myshuno), which has one empty apartment per complex.
The only true starter, meaning under 20k simoleons is in Open Splay (Oasis Springs) and is the Humble Chode Trailer
There are some empty rooms and empty walls- this was intentional! I wanted spaces for you to be able to add your CC or items from packs that you have. There are a nonillion amount of pack combinations someone can have.
There is no CC, including CC from Wicked Whims to avoid the possibility of things becoming outdated. But there is some NSFW art scattered around
Auto-aging has been turned off to avoid elders dying before I finished. You can set which lifespan you prefer.

Woohoo Interaction Support
OfficeAffairs now also takes Woohoo interactions into account. Romance-related outcomes, workplace affairs, and related systems should now respond more consistently when Sims use Woohoo interactions as part of the workplace dynamic.
Major Internal Refactoring
This update includes a serious internal refactor of the OfficeAffairs system. A large part of the code structure was cleaned up and reorganized to make the mod more stable, more readable, and easier to expand in future updates.
Improved Mod Stability
Several internal systems were reviewed and improved to reduce errors and make the mod behave more reliably across different gameplay situations.

OfficeAffairs is a social gameplay expansion mod focused on workplace drama, power dynamics, relationships, and story driven interactions. It introduces new targeted social mixers, custom buffs, hidden traits, relationship bits, career related systems, and reactive outcomes that integrate directly into live gameplay.
I have been playing The Sims for many years, and this is a mod I personally always wanted to exist in my own gameplay - something that adds the kind of narrative depth and dynamics I felt were missing.
For now, events may happen quite frequently. This is intentional for the first release and testing phase. In future versions, pacing and behavior will become configurable.
You can play both sides of the story:
Play as a Boss or play as an Employee. Each role has its own interactions and progression paths.
You can now experience a full career narrative:
Start as an employee Build relationships and make choices Progress through your career Complete the required advanced career program
Become a Boss
Gameplay Overview:
The boss system is dynamic and flexible:
A Boss can be generated automatically when an employee joins a career Or created manually by the player using cheats or naturally
To become a Boss:
Reach the top level of a full-time career Complete the required advanced career program via the computer or phone
Apply for a Boss position via PC or phone
This creates a natural progression path instead of relying only on generated bosses. The Boss is a fully playable Sim with their own traits, career, and role in the story.
You can play both sides of the story.
As an employee:
Build a relationship with your boss Attempt to seduce the Boss Ask for a promotion Ask for a PTO Ask to be hired
As a Boss:
Offer jobs to Sims Fire employees React to relationship dynamics Give bonuses Give PTO Influence story progression
Cheats:
The following commands are available:
oa.init_boss
Promotes the active Sim to CEO
Requires: Sim with a full-time career
oa.init_employee
Initializes the active Sim as an Employee
Requires: Sim with a full-time career
oa.help
Displays available OfficeAffairs commands

This is only the foundation. The system is designed to expand with more branches, decisions, and reactive storytelling over time.

Current gameplay is mostly designed around rabbit hole style and active full-time career events and social interactions. More visible systems and deeper gameplay layers will be expanded in future updates.
