Cubman's Container Home

Here's the third in my Container series - I've got the Mods, Brice Hewitt (Sim) to live in it, and now this is the LOT.
I wanted to create a container home, with an industrial vibe to it. It's a full functional space with an open plan ground floor (kitchen, living and dining areas), an upstairs bathroom with bath/shower combo, a study/bedroom with desk and bed. Outside is an undercover gym, washing line and tub, and a rooftop garden.
Fits in to a 20X15 lot Costs 61,078 (definitely not a starter home lol) Use bb.moveobjects cheat before placing!
Included is all the CC items you'll need. You'll also need the industrial kit and I've used items from most of the Sims expansion, stuff and game packs.

Here are some new items for my container home. I wanted something that was slightly smaller, with a bit of an industrial chic aesthetic to it. And cock. Obviously!

Greetings, lovers. TD18 is here!
So this is actually my first skin ever (not an overlay but skin).
Don't be confused by the word "first" i have a lot of experience working with textures meshes and materials.
So the skin comes in 9 swatches and 2 variants. Each swatch has an additional option with slightly different facemask.

Dark Gay Alley (experimental)

I tried to imagine a small square with an old hotel, a restaurant and a strip club.
In the background an old toilet and the ruins of a disused funfair. There is also a small porn shop with risqué magazines and porn articles.
Basically it is an alternative strip club. Dancers perform on a stage. Private dances take place in small rooms on side of the square. They satisfy their clients in the hotel rooms.
There is no music station but the music comes from an old mobile radio placed next to the bar. Clients watch the shows sitting on park benches.
To shelter the dancers and customers from rain, snow and cold, I built a large glass canopy that covers almost the entire area.
To prevent patrons of the club from wandering around freely inside the rooms reserved for artists and in the hotel, I had to limit some entrances:
1 Behind the stage for access to the bar service there is a small door that I have blocked for everyone except for those who have employees.
2 The hotel entrance has two main doors set with access reserved for the escort service (directional). They are used by dancers to lead their clients into the rooms. A part of the service is reserved for the entrance of employees only.
3 Even the restaurant entrance is limited to employees only. I used members of the same family (4 sims) as dancers and bartenders, so after their work shift they can stay in the Lotto, sleep in the hotel beds and eat at the restaurant. Some spaces are reserved for them to relax, chat, watch TV and play on the computer. They can basically spend the whole day in the "Dark Alley".
With the settings I have described it seems to me that everything works correctly. Of course, to ensure that the hotel rooms are used, they must be set up as sexual anchors.
In my game I have set the venue as gay in the WickedWhims Strip Club settings ... of course my choice.
There are many details and for not very powerful computers it could be a problem.

The lot to function needs WickedWhims of course. Nisa's Wicked Perversions if you want your dancers to work as prostitutes too.

Ho provato a immaginare una piazzetta con un vecchio hotel, un ristorante ed un locale per spogliarello.
Sul fondo una vecchia toelette e i ruderi di un Luna Park in disuso . C’è anche un piccolo pornoshop con riviste osé e articoli porno.
Fondamentalmente è uno strip club immaginato in modo alternativo. I ballerini si esibiscono su un palco, eseguono danze private in piccoli camerini ai lati della piazzetta e soddisfano i loro clienti nelle camere dell’hotel.
Non c’è una postazione musicale ma la musica proviene da un vecchio mobile radio posto vicino al bar. I clienti assistono agli spettacoli seduti su delle panchine da parco.
Per riparare i ballerini ed i clienti da pioggia, neve e freddo ho costruito un ampia tettoia in vetro che copre quasi interamente l’area.
Per impedire agli avventori del locale di gironzolare liberamente all’interno dei locali riservati agli artisti e nell’hotel ho dovuto limitare alcuni ingressi:
1 Dietro al palco per l’accesso al servizio bar c’è una piccola porta che ho bloccato per tutti tranne che hai dipendenti. ’ l'ingresso dell’hotel ha due porte principali impostate con l’accesso riservato al servizio escort (direzionale). Vengono utilizzate dai ballerini per condurre i loro clienti nelle camere. Una parta di servizio è riservata all’ingresso dei soli dipendenti. 3- Anche l’ingresso del ristorante è limitato ai soli dipendenti. Ho utilizzato come ballerini e come barista i membri di una stessa famiglia (4 sims), per cui dopo il loro turno di lavoro possono rimanere nel Lotto, dormire nei letti dell’hotel e mangiare al ristorante. Alcuni spazi sono riservati a loro per rilassarsi, chiacchierare, guardare la tv e giocare al computer. Possono in pratica passare nel “Dark Alley “ l’intera giornata.
Con le impostazioni che ho descritto a me pare che funzioni tutto correttamente. Naturalmente per fare in modo che vengano usate le camere dell’hotel bisogna impostarle come ancore sessuali.
Nel mio gioco ho impostato il locale come gay nelle impostazioni dello Strip Club di WickedWhims... naturalmente una scelta mia.
Vi sono molti dettagli e per computer non molto potenti potrebbe essere un problema.
Il lotto per funzionare richiede WickedWhims naturalmente. Nisa's Wicked Perversions se vuoi far lavorare i tuoi ballerini come prostituti.
