VANILLA UNICORN - ADULT CLUB

Welcome to
This is my attempt to port Vanilla Unicorn Strip Club building from Grand Theft Auto 5 to The Sims 4.
Design is as close as possible to the original. Non-standart corners and unknown gaps between the walls in original building forced to create some empty rooms for the best appearance.
♦ Lot Size: 40 x 30.
♦ Price: 163 158 simoleons.
♦ Required game packs:
If you're looking for a club owner, I recommend using Trevor Phillips Sim mod (currently available on Patreon in Early Access).
Lot can be used as a simple club or a fully functioned WickedWhims - StripClub.
Guide - How to create WickedWhims StripClub.
WickedWhims is not included.
For the best atmosphere in the club, I suggest to hire the girls from the original Vanilla Unicorn to work in the club.
- Installation -
- Extract files from .zip to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray and Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods folder, CCs files are already included.
- Make sure that Custom Content and Mods is enabled in game settings.
- Enter cheat codes testingscheats true & bb.moveobjects, before placing the club.
- Place a LOT in your world and buy a strip club through the phone menu.
- Through the club management menu on sim phone, hire dancers and janitors, assign them jobs and start managing the club.
- When upgrading from an older version, please delete previous versions of club objects from "VANILLA UNICORN" folder, or all .package files with "vu_club_" prefixes.
- Instructions for the best use of this LOT -
If you want this LOT to work as a WW Strip Club you first need to isolate some areas from unwanted customers. In the floorplan there are doors that need to be closed or opened.
RED door must be closed for everyone, ORANGE doors must be locked for everyone except the employees, BLUE doors in office room must be locked for everyone except the owner, and GREED door is the main entrance.
The club has 7 private rooms. To use these rooms as private dance locations, seats there must be marked by WickedWhims (Just click on seats with the left mouse button and mark as private dance place).
Empty rooms behind the walls can be used at your discretion.
After all of that, you can hire employees from the WickedWhims StripClub menu, give them tasks and take on the role of Vanilla Unicorn Strip Club Boss.

Le docce e i bagni hanno ora tre nuovi menu a torta in cui vanno le loro interazioni correlate:
Doccia: fai la doccia premurosa, fai la doccia fredda
Fare il bagno: fare il bagno, fare il bagnoschiuma
Depilazione
Bagnoschiuma, lozioni e deodoranti spray/profumi/colonie
I Sims possono usare il bagnoschiuma e le saponette durante il bagno per aumentare la sicurezza in se stessi. Indipendentemente dall'uso dei prodotti, i sims diventeranno cinerei dopo la doccia o il bagno. Per rimuovere quel buff, applica una lozione per il corpo. L'uso di colonia spray/profumo/deodorante blocca anche l'igiene.
Per combattere l'acne, i sims possono usare detergenti per il viso e altri prodotti per la cura della pelle e tenerla a bada. Per pulire il viso, i sims useranno il lavandino e si laveranno fisicamente il viso. ANIMAZIONE
Dopo essersi sciacquati il viso, riceveranno un buff che dice che il loro viso è asciutto e vedrai una sovrapposizione grigia. Per rimuoverlo, applicare creme idratanti per il viso. La pelle secca viene attivata solo lavando il viso del sim al lavandino.
Proteggi i tuoi Sims dai raggi UV del sole del Sim! In questo modo si elimina l'applicazione della crema solare mentre si prende il sole dalle sedie a sdraio, costringendovi ad assicurarvi che i vostri sims abbiano la crema solare prima di andare in spiaggia! Troverai 10 creme solari da Sephora, Ulta o Target
Creme depilatorie
Per rimuovere i peli superflui da busto, schiena, gambe e braccia; I Sims possono usare la crema depilatoria. C'è la possibilità che si protraggano un'eruzione cutanea rosso vivo perché l'hanno lasciata sulla pelle troppo a lungo , quando i sims fanno la doccia, Lo rimuoverà. Hai l'interazione per applicarlo sull'area su cui hai i capelli solo quando sono presenti dei capelli! Inoltre c'è una cosa strana in cui c'è un pezzo di vetro che galleggia leggermente sopra il suolo, ma non lo vedrai quando è su un bancone accanto a un altro bancone

Asphalt Abode Apartments

The second and final Residental Rentals in my Newcrest Gay Village, the Asphalt Abode Apartments is located in Llama Lagoon (the Art Deco district) and features four two storey units. There is a large shared foyer and laundry on the ground floor, as well as another shared foyer space that is only accessible through the four units, making it a provate space for neighbours to hangout and get to know one another.
The four units are all decorated in their own distinct styles, Number 1 is Industrial, Number 2 is Mid-Century, Number 3 it Boho/Island, and Number 4 is Farmhouse.
This build fits on a 30x20 lot and has a price tag around $175k.
As always, I make no claim of ownership to the CC used there are far more talented people out there to thank for that.

Re-release of the Lunar Eclipse penis mod made by LunarisEclipse. This version only contains the basic male and female mesh for the soft and hard (rigged) penis. Skin tone overrides as well as tattoo overlays have been removed and the penis uses the base game skin tones with automatically applied details. There are no additional details included with this release, it's an exact copy of the original mod with a simplified implementation.
INSTALLATION
1. Extract the LunarEclipse_Simple_Penis_KhlasFixed.zip archive.
2. Move the LunarEclipse_Simple_Penis_KhlasFixed.package file to the Sims 4 Mods folder.
3. In-game, select the Lunar Eclipse Soft and/or Hard Penis using the Body Selector.
