Well she's not COMPLETELY dumb, if that's what you're asking.

I'd like to think Tammie's capable of thinking at a very advanced level, just that she doesn't want to and turns off her brain most of the time. I say this, but I haven't thought of a story that would show this...yet.

After all, if you've seen her other adventures, you'd know she's capable of destruction magic, and used to study and the College of Winterhold. Not every bloke with robes can do magic.

What IS evident though, is that she's intentionally infuriating. She's mischievous and thrill-seeking on purpose.

You can't force a nord to wear pants she hasn't asked for...
