So… Thalmor Embassy, am I right!??!

My contact with the Blades sends me to a fancy party at the Dark Elves Embassy. One of her contacts had secreted in some of my gear to use after I had broken away from the party. I asked Sofia to wait in the parking lot because this was going to be a quick in quick out all stealth no hassle operation. (And quite frankly Sofia is a bit of a blabber mouth when we are trying to be sneaky. )
I knew there would be trouble right away as I entered the building other party goers began acting strange as if a fight had broken out. Unbeknownst to me, but knownst to them. The Guards in the back room had already agro to me (because the Dark Elves hate me for what is arguably very justifiable reasons).

I get my good friend the Jarl of Whiterun to start a distraction for me cuz that’s how I roll (#squadgoals), and me and the coat check guy slip into the back room to get my gear so I can find the information leading to the connection of the Dark Elves, and the Dragons.

Before I even got to my gear I was set on by 3 Dark elf guards. I’m not going to say the battle wasn’t epic, but the battle wasn’t epic and they squashed me like an unarmed Wood Elf wearing a party dress.

Midway through the after fight consequences I was given a brief rest as they needed a minute to set up some gymnastics equipment they wanted to use for the 2nd half of my lesson on why I should never go to the Dark Elf Embassy. This gave me a chance to loot my gear from the chest but not a chance to put it on and fight back. After part 2 I woke up in a nearby inn with a nice set of leg and wrist cuffs and a couple… let’s call them “inserts”. BUT I did have my gear (Note to SL Defeat Modder: I guess looting it in the middle of the event doesn’t tag it to be stolen)

I summon my horse (because no fast travel when device’d) and ride back to the embassy to find Sofia in a pitched battle in the parking lot with the Dark Elf army. We managed to clear out the ones outside but Sofia was down and as I approached her to help her up……… BAM someone comes up behind me and knocks me down! I have been Kidnapped (Really SL Kidnapped mod?? Now?? Weeks nothing but now is a good time for you… OK)

A Necromancer and her summoned Skeleton army had gotten a bit randy and wanted a play thing for the evening…. (Side note Skells, like Drauger, like to catch true story!) I manage to fight my way out of that (I had not tweaked my settings properly and my kidnappers neglected to take my belongings while I was unconscious. This was corrected and a later Troll related kidnapping didn't end as well for me. But that is another story)

I get the Footsteps outside guess it’s time to get out of here button (the message you get when you actually kill your captors). Which returned me to the back hall of the Dark Elf embassy. This time (more prepared) I am able to subdue the guards and make my way through the complex to get the evidence. I rescue some guy in the dungeon and tell him to go ahead without me because I have to go back to the parking lot to get Sofia.

Problem is all the doors to the front of the Embassy are locked and cannot be picked. They can however trigger a DCL event… QQ ZAP!!!!! Slave Collar! So now I’m naked in the Dark Elf embassy with cuffs on wrists and legs and a slave collar… Time to go out the back and walk around to the front to get Sofia (why didn't I think of that the first time )
SO I make it back to Sofia (who, let’s be honest has been with me long enough to not be surprised to see me show up naked with a slave collar attached to my neck.), and we ride off to Riverrun to meet with our Blades contact for a debriefing.
