I am a fan of this particular character ever since she debuted in Elf Princess series. I am also a fan of whatever body preset you're using. I've been trying to recreate it ever since, but I can't even get anywhere close. 

This one has them bigger than the original had, yet they still have that very characteristic look and just the right amount of sag I've been desperately trying to replicate. They're a bit floppy but when squeezed they become full and round. I can't seem to get that part right in any of my imitations.
