Once a week is a good choice in terms of pace, as it create an expectation from the readers who're already hooked up, and will be frequent enough to catch newcomers. Don't force it upon yourself though, we're doing this voluntarily, and regularity IMO is more important than speed (even if it's once per two weeks). Do continue using headers however, it'll also bring views. ?
