Is it just me or do her hips seem really... "tall"? Maybe it's the angle but her lower torso seems longer than her upper torso and it doesn't look right to me.

Now that you mention it... I completely agree. Widened her hips to make the mesh a little less jagged round the waist during sexlab animations (at least that's what I tell myself... maybe i'm just a sucker for wide hips and big butts... )

Did drop the size of her hips a little, comparison below

And I do like your adjustment a bit better, but I used photoshop to help explain what I mean because I can't think of the right words to do so. I used your latest body change for the comparison.

Explanation:

I used a picture I took of Lydia from a blog I have since removed and did my best to match the heights of the character properly, using different body areas as reference points. The main measurement markers are Yellow (Head, Chin, and Knees. Feet were not able to be used since Aerina's picture has no feet.)

 

Since breasts are an area of major variation not only from body type but also between outfits, I did a simple "Chest Area" measurement and comparison for finding proper scale. Aerina's are more "perky"/"pushed up" where Lydia's are more "saggy"/"hanging" but are nearly the same size and consume roughly the same amount of screen-space and torso-space, just in different directions. This area is marked in Purple.

 

I also used the bottom of the "Bikini Line" - aka where the vagina is - as both a marker for proper scaling and to mark what I'm referring to. This is Green.

 

The major difference is where the belly button and upper hip curve is. Aerina's is Red - Lydia's is Teal/Cyan. The split between them is White.

 

I also made an extremely simple graph showing the total area in "inches" (according to Photoshop) they take up on the screen. As you can see, Aerina's Lower Torso, aka the distance between her Belly Button and her Vagina, is almost an entire "inch" longer than Lydia's. Yes, I double checked my measured lengths and both lengths equal 6.08 inches measured.

Just to be clear, I'm not bashing Aerina's design at all. This is just the one thing that stuck out to me because her thong looks like it stretches for MILES, lol. This also isn't a "perfect" comparison due to the obviously different angles and poses which will change the perception of the character's features, but this is the closest I could manage.

 

If you (or anyone who reads this) feels like there's something off about Lydia (maybe her torso is too long?) please let me know. Personally, I like "realism" and "realistic" body proportions. I put those words in quotes because I mostly mean that I like boobs, butts, and all the other fun-bits as long as they aren't planet-sized.

Something I had completely overlooked to be honest (the belly button location that is).

Only thing I've noticed, I do believe the mesh / bodyslide / textures I'm using are probably the primary reasons (I use racemenu sliders to adjust bodies in game too) for the major disparity. (Maybe the UUNP base has some impact too?)

And Aerina's hips... well that obvious by now I think! Lol

@WhatTheElf Body type might be playing a role, yes. I use 3BA. If you're using UUNP then that might have influenced the design a certain way, but the difference in bodyslide build and racemenu sliders are very apparent. Textures wouldn't matter quite as much, but could make certain details more apparent.

And of course! Glad you've received the feedback well! As I said, not bashing. She's still hot, I just noticed this is all. If you agree and decide you want to change it, great. If not, I completely understand.
