Here's a mod I highly recommend you use with Amorous Adventures, Simply Knock by Chesko (Frostfall, Campfire). This mod simply lets you knock on a door to see if anyone is home, and then ask if you can come in, if the person inside is your friend (or lover) they will let you in instantly, if they are unfamiliar to you you can Persuade or Intimidate them to let you in, good if you arrive at Stylgja's door after she's locked it, you can just persuade her to let you in and get the quest or deliver it just fine, no need waiting until the morning. If you are not playing Pokemon with your lovers they will let you in pretty much guaranteed if you stop by town very late for some nookie with Camilla, Ysolda, Taarie or others after you have done their Amorous quests. Once someone has let you in you have a grace period of a few hours where you are not trespassing in the home, you can't steal or the like but you can talk to the occupants fine. This also works great for several vanilla quests, such as Missing in Action with the Gray-Mane brother being missing, if for some reason Fralia decides to lock the door (grumble) you no longer need to break in to get the quest, and when going for the proof from the Battle-Borns you can convince them to let you in.

A new update! yeah! I remember when u said u were gonna retire! glad u didn't.

 

Anyway, u should consider adapting INTERESTING NPC's. why? cus it adds a MASSIVE amount

of new npc's w/ new VOICES to mess with. An almost endless amount of new stuff. In case ur running low on ideas or material.

Attention, those who have had issues with Mjoll and others going invisible inside Aerin's house and who use HDT (who doesn't?), there is a potential fix for HDT invisibility bug on the Nexus now, by the author of Face to Face conversations. Haven't tested it yet, trying out out now in my game, then heading to Riften.

Just a heads up, There's currently a bug with this plugin that causes ctds when HDT enabled characters try to transform into werewolves.

This is the BEST MOD EVER!!! Serana is my favorite follower and I love Serana's quest! I use your mod along with the marriageable Serana and the Serana dialog overhaul mod. Serana's voice actor also plays Lust in Fullmetal Alchemist and pretty much uses the same tone of voice, so you could potentially add even more dialog options if you wanted to. Thank you for improving my Skyrim experience and please keep this mod going! I can't wait to see what other characters you plan on adding as romance options. I hope that eventually all of the characters that have been redesigned by the Bijin series (NPC, War Maidens, and Wives) will be added.

FoxFingers has said he will never use anything that did not ship with the base game. This includes both mods like Female Ulfric, Interestign NPCs, and voice work by same actors in other games.

 

Moreover, such a mod would be illegal, even here on Lover's Lab, and would get FoxFingers perma-banned from the Nexus. Only some games like The Witcher games allow things to be taken directly from them and put into other games, as opposed to recreating an outfit for Diablo 3 for example in Skyrim which is fine, directly ripping any assets require direct approval by the game publishers, and I don't know of any other than CDProjectRED (who are all kinds of awesome) that has given such permissions. A mod with voice samples taken from another game, such as taking Jack's lines in Mass Effect and giving it to the female protagonist in Fallout 4 since it's the same voice actor would be illegal, and could get you banned even off Lover's Lab. Yes I am aware that there are some mods that actually do that already (not naming, but they are messing with freaking Activision's property, and putting LL at risk at a lawsuit). But the Nexus would be a lot more strict about it, and would not hesitate to ban on such a basis if someone even suggested it, and this mod has about 4 MB to go until it has to be Nexus only unless LL increases the max file size.

So it seems I've encounterd a strange bug...

I've played with this mod on another save with no real issues, but now I made a new save with the mod installed. The mod works, but for some strange reason there are no animations. It seems like it just skips the animations. When I load back to the old save, where the mod worked fine, the animations are there... I think this is very odd, and I have problems to figure this out.

Any advice please?

Thank you for this mod. I have played using this mod since its early release. Your updates make me restart a new game over and over, to try the new content. I may never actually finish the game. Love this mod. You have added so much to the game content with this and I hope you keep going.

Regarding AFT, depending on what sort of problem you have with it you may need to reinstall it. Check if you have a power called "Tweak" something in your powers list, should be a lesser power, use that, tools, reset AFT, wait until it's unloaded, save quit, reload your save and see if AFT works properly then. If your problem persists, quit the game, uninstall AFT, load the save you made after you reset AFT (or reset it again), wait 10 seconds, save, quit, reinstall, this time try to keep the AFT esp as low as possible on your load order, below all follower mods and follower related-mods like appearance overhauls (usually not required, sometimes is, in particular if something wants to mod Cicero or the Dark Brotherhood Initiates (the male and female follower you get after that questline) AFT breaks very easily and won't work. Try opening all your mods in TES5Edit, and open AFT, expand all it's categories and make sure only mods you have patched for it (like Relationship Dialogue Overhaul) is modifying it, if it doens't work the Non-Player Characters entry and gives you red names, try quitting TES5Edit and moving AFT further down and then open it up again and see if it's better.

 

Note if it's "Immersive AFT" on the other hand, this won't help you very much; that mod broke so easily when I tried it out it was silly, it just stopped working so badly I had to do a clean install of it every time it stopped working.

I would advise strongly not to use the HDT Invisibility Bug fix beta that I posted a link to above. First off I did not see any evidence of it actually working in game, I still got invisible NPCs in Solitude, but much much more important; I just ran 2 about 2-3 hour play sessions in a very lightweight game (no aroused, nothing that affects other NPCs beyond what the vanilla game), and the save game of the first session ended up on 48 MB, and the papyrus of that session ended up on over 1 GB, and was impossible to open. I disabled that file (that was the single change I did) did another 2-3 hour play session, my save (same save continued from the 48 MB save) is now 14 MB, and the papyrus log of that equally long session is 48 KB. I have reported this to the author of the file. If you are going to use that mod, I strongly suggest you turn on papyrus logging as well as monitor the growth of your saves, and if you see anything close to what I did you disable the mod and chime in on my error report.

I have been using the HDTinvisibility fix for a couple of days now, several hours yesterday and my largest save file is 16 MB. I am using it on a heavily loaded game with aroused redux, SOS full, and all my normal mods (214 of them). Whether or not it actually works is another story, I have seen a few npcs turn invisible and then reappear. This happened at times even before I added the fix, so I'm not sure it is doing anything. I am planning to go to Riften and do the amorous quest there to test further.

 

I am not very far into the game as far as quests. I have mainly been doing Amorous quests near Whiterun and playing around with the new BBLS and OSA and Osex. I know I probably shouldn't run Osex and Sexlab at the same time but, this is basically a test run.

 

Edit: I finished Love and Death in Riften and none of the three turned invisible inside Aerin's house at the conclusion. However  I did run into 3 invisible female NPCs just running around Riften, so I am not sure the Invisibility fix actually works. I think I will remove it just to be safe.

Nexus lifted it's embargo on loverslab long ago.

 

We are free to refer it by name on their site and even link directly to it.

(So long as the linked content doesn't content bestiality or rape.

 

 

So technically AA and even Sexlab could be hosted there. (Ashal would never do it though, but their shouldn't be a problem)

Nexus only explicitly blocks rape, bestiality and borderline things like incest when the whole thing is about it, what's there now of Amorous just doesn't qualify. The Framework itself could only be uploaded if the beast part was made an optional download again, which probably isn't happening to begin with, and no mods dealing bestiality or rape could ever show up on Nexus. So don't go looking on Nexus for Sanguine's Debauchery or the like any time soon. Even Estrus Chaurus which is a modifcation of a Nexus sex mod to just put chaurses instead of unconnected tentacled into it's animations crosses the line.

 

More to the point, Amorous Adventures is already on the Nexus and has been for 9 months now. The OSex verison as well as a clean version with just storyboards are present there, and the Sexlab version could now be uploaded there also once it overstrides LL's file limit, as such a popular mod as AA would just utterly murder someone's hosting bandwith in places like MEGA.

Uploading Sexlab to Nexus would be as simple as (For Ashal) removing the checkbox to allow beast content and defaulting it to 'no'.

 

That wasn't really the point of my post though. Was pointing out that (since the age gate was added) Loverslab isn't a naughty word or taboo subject on the nexus any more. It's just that a lot of people don't realise that a change has occurred and still think Loverslab is a banned subject over there. ¬_¬

The Nexus moderators main thing about LL before was that it had no age gate, and the ads (for those of us not using ad-blocker, I never knew there were ads on LL until I heard about it on the Nexus in relation to this!) are explicitly pornographic in nature, and Nexus was afraid of association as well as the risk of sending younger players looking for mods on LL and then get porn in their faces with no warnings. The age gate that was put in (the pop up that says LL is an adult place) was all that it took for that to no longer be an issue.

This may have some interest to some, it's a E3 Gamespot interview with Todd Howard, apparently he watches Lets Plays of his games much like FoxFingers has said he watches Amorous Adventures Lets Plays to see how they focus and deal with indidual things, what they skip and how they react. Also some talk about modding, and Todd Howard actually admitting that although the combat in Fallout 4 was great, the dialogue system was just a failure that they intend to learn from.

 

 

I have to say that though Todd Howard gets a lot of flack for saying stuff about games that turns out to not be true later on, the amount of control and the amount of truthfulness he manages to pull off is overall WAY above the level of certain other developers, like the No Man's Sky dude, good old Peter Molyneux, freaking John Romero and others, Todd Howard is one crafty fellow compared to those guys.

 

Also by the way, Elder Scrolls 6 is apparently not even yet in preliminary developement, and is as of now not expected until at least 5+ years from now. Bethesda (Todd Howard's team) is working on 2 big project next, neither of which is ES6, but while one is likely a new IP, one is assumed to be either a remake of a past ES game, or possibly an action adventure game more similar to Redguard (and likely taking ques from the Witcher and the like) than traditional Elder Scrolls, like Redguard likely a prequel happening in the distant past or otherwise removed from the main ES continous narrative, such as finding out what happened to the Nervarine in Akavir after Morrowind.

 

Oh and there's almost certainly a Fallout New Orleans coming next, as the trademarks for that has been filed now by Bethesda. Which Josh Sawyer of Obsidian hinted towards almost a year ago but denined it was a Fallout related thing.

I hope this means another Fallout from Obsidian, even name is similar (New Vegas vs New Orlean :P) One can dream.. Don't get me wrong, FO4 is not that bad, but after finishing it, I don't feel like coming back to it that often like I'm still coming back to New Vegas or Skyrim even after all those years..

There's a good chance Zenimax told Bethesda not to make another Elder Scrolls game for a good while, to avoid stealing the thunder completely away from ESO. Just like Bioware is pretty much guaranteed not to make a KOTOR remake or direct non-online sequel while TOR is running on.

Do scenes end on their own?  Should I redress and end them through the Osex menu on my own? I don't want to finish prematurely and screw up questlines. 

 

OSex scenes?  No, they end when you decide.

 

Yes, you should re-dress yourself and your partner before ending it.

 

No, it doesn't screw up any quest lines.  What happens in OSex stays in OSex.
