crashing on start

i keep crashing on the first or second screen on start i posted my load order down below if something like that is a problem im a bit new to modding fnv i may be missing a file or something thanks

im new to modding fnv and i need help im crashing on the second screen i do have the crash stopping mod nvac but it still crashes i posted a load order if you can help because thats the problem let me know thanks

https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/34703  Download FNVedit and run it and it'll try to load all of the files you have installed into your game if it hits a error in your load order it'll stop and tell you why read it and fix it then close FNVedit and relaunch FNVedit again and keep doing that till it is able to load up your game without any crashes and then try your game again.

it doesnt find errors but i still crash i may be using the program though

Did you follow the Sexout Common Resources installation guide completely.

 

Do you have NVSE and NVSE Extender (NX)?

 

Do you have the combination of Windows 10 + Fallout New Vegas Stutter Remover?

i havent heard of stutter remover and i use windows 7 but i do have nvse and nvse extender i think its a problem with sexout for me because i tried running it with just that and fallout i dont know though

i figured out the  problem i didnt run nvse i thought it was just a helper not like skse for skyrim i died a little on the inside when i found this out cause it was so simple
