I did and all my new sims are fine but the my original sim still has it and I cannot figure out how to get rid of it

If your sim is using a custom skin tone give him a vanilla skin tone instead.

Thanks! This helped me. I wasn't experiencing the black penis IN GAME - it was only in CAS. But removing the Better Body folder fixed it for me.
