mesh issue with animations

I am having few small problems in Skyrim. When I sneak or am in animation parts are frozen in place like they are stuck in standing animation. These are penis, buttocks, breasts, and belly. This only occurs with playable character races. This is biggest issue that I am having most trouble with. This also happens sometimes when characters die and go into ragdoll.

 

 

Other issue is sometimes devious devices do not display, and body part where they would be simply do not show at all. This happens only with some of devices.

 

 

If everyone has ideas, please share. I have included photos of each issue and my current modlist in mod organizer. I think I have made some mistake in setup but cannot find anything in mod readmes.

Try putting xp32 lower in in priorities so nothing overwrites it.

Yeah it's gotta be skeleton related, so as kapete says, put xp32 down, I have it right at the bottom personally. Otherwise reinstall it, you want to install it last I think
