CTD when entering 'Hall of Valor' is Sovngarde

Hello dearest ones,

QUICK NOTE: I like posting on LL more than 'NXS'. For some reason, I am more comfortable posting here than there....  

TO THE POINT!!!

I CTD whenever I enter the 'Hall of Valor' in Sovngarde. It's the gigantic building behind the sexy muscled Tsun-Senpai , with a bridge made of a skeleton of a GIGANTIC DRAGON!!!! The place where all the glorious (And possibly drunkest ) heroes rest, drink, laugh, have orgies....that kind of thing (And no Talos in sight I heard )

>> I tried GOOGLE, but it failed me....BIG TIME!!! Seems like I am the only one with this bug/crash (TBH, there was another 2 people who posted a similar issue, but not the same as mine XD )

>> I tried running LOOT again, but nothing

>> I went on TES5Edit (Which I am really afraid of for some reason), loaded all my mods (Had to disable a few armors since it kept telling me I exceeded the 254 threshold), right-clicked the Skyrim.esm (Where 'Supposedly' the original Cell of the Hall of Valor is located), clicked 'Show conflict losers' (Losers!!! Laughed hard at that one ), looked up the cell ID Sovngarde01 (That's the place's cell name) and it showed five main mods that affect that place, disabled them one plugin at a time to catch the culprit and reloaded......and it still CTDed

>> Tried disabling a bunch other mods/plugins that seemed guilty, but I still CRASHED TO DESKTOP!!! 

SO, here I am. Please help me!!

I haven't reached that point in the main quest since years, and back then I didn't even mod the game.

Now I am playing Skyrim 'one last time' so this is gonna be my swan song before let go of Skyrim forever.......(And then go crazy on Fallout 4 next XD XD )

So any help will be much appreciated

NOTE: Vanilla Plugins are clean. Dunno if this has anything to do with it or not

If you reloaded a save then those mods would still be in the save.

 

You have several mods which add more NPCs to the game plus you are at the plug-in limit. Can your machine cope with that? Have you followed any sort of guide for setting up Skyrim?

 

Do you not think that this CTD problem may be related to your other CTD problem?

Do you not think that this CTD problem may be related to your other CTD problem?

 

1) The mods that conflict/edit this cell have minimal to no scripts, so they shouldn't impact the save when I reload them. I tried a new game without them and tried the coc command to the cell and the game still crashed

2) I have mods that add npcs, yes, but my pc can take it and my Skyrim is set up properly....I think

3) The CTD is different from the other CTDs I get (The CTDs I usually get are memory related, but that's not exactly a problem for me. I can live with it). This CTD is like....the cell is not there, or is there but something is not right with it

I was hoping someone might help since this kind of CTD is new to me. I usually get CTDs from wearing certain armors (Refer to https://www.loverslab.com/topic/98838-ctd-from-wearing-a-certain-armor/ for example) or the usual memory CTD when playing Skyrim for too long, but this different, I can feel it

I will try disabling the mods and re-enabling them some at a time to find the culprit myself, but any hints or tips would be much appreciated

OKAY!!! I FIXED THE ISSUE!!!

Turns out that there were a couple of plugins that didn't load "properly" with MO. When I disabled and re-enabled the same mods again, I found the plugin count HIGHER!!! When comparing the new load order with the previous one I posted above, it turned out I had 5 esps weren't there!!!!

Anyways, figured I would leave this comment in case someone else runs into this issue. Make sure to count the esps and that they are all loaded XD Don't FULLY trust MO XD

Imagine how nice it would have been to List the mods. This helps now one as is.

Don't worry about it. The OP was obviously a complete jelly-head. She was at or over the esp limit. As for the nonsense about MO . . .
