Using various animal ear mods like this always annoys me that the human ears are still present. Any interest in editing the Skyrim female human head mesh to just remove the ears so those mods can take over properly?

For something like that you someone would have to edit the ears on the skyrim head as well as thee redo the textures for the head as well. You could just try to use a hair that covers the ears like how PsychoMachina's hair is in their screenshots.
