Does the Halo pose mod need anything to work with it?

I have had to reinstall everything (mods) and it has been a process.  Right now I am trying to install the Halo poser mod and my game crashes.  I think I have everything but when it gets to the menu screen it crashes after I select load, continue, or new.  The only mod I thought it needed was animated poses and I have that installed.  I want to say its either 1.3 or 1.7 it has like 1300 poses.  Anyways if anyone can help I would appreciate.

As far as I know it's only requirement is you need to run Fnis, and not doing that usually just results in the infamous "T" Pose on everyone, not crashes.  So I'd imagine it mig't be something else in yer load order.
