well i have that one patched to work with better vampires...sense i play a succubus in almost all my play-through's and i found a follower mod that lets you become a vampire.

Sacrosanct allows you to make anyone a vampire. You just need a perk.

well this follower mod..lets you drink three different vampires blood..and once you have drunk the blood you just transform into a vampire of their type easy and simple

I tried creating a character as a male.  As much as I thought it would be exactly the same as female, it's not.  First thing to note is the skin tone is not the same, I can't seem to get the exact skin tone of the female version.  But that's not a worry because ECE lets me edit custom skintone.  

Second difference is harder to detect.  I am not sure exactly what, but the face feature is not exactly the same.  

I am trying to play Femboy as ... a male character who happens to be slender and not as masculine and rough as vanilla male.

First the skin is the same, like literally, they also use the same face and body model. for the "male" and " female" femboy.

Same goes for textures.

It might also just be my game in general, its doing it for the male body's too at least the neck area not the shlong

The is just a vampire mod, the race contains human and vampire.

I mean that's what I thought too, but its slightly more complicated than that, I had to do a lot of console command brute forcing to get it to work, and I'm using the word "work" loosely here.
But judging by your answer it's probably a no, so I'll just get by.
