After Update SkyrimSE crashing on startup

So i wasnt aware of the fact that I had to disable automatic updates (i know that its stupid of me) so steam downloaded the update and installed it.

I already did the following things:
1 used LOOT for load-order and fixes
2 sorted everything
3 installed latest skse64

4 started skyrimSE and ran into this error: https://i.imgur.com/cKhMExM.png

I remember installing something important from RaceMenu to make something work, but I dont know how or what. Its been too long.
Does anyone know what I need to do to fix this? I also cant find any new things from RaceMenu for skyrimSE.

Thanks a bunch!

Assuming you don't know this already; go into Mydocuments/MyGames/Skyrim Special Edition/Skse  open the file names Skyse and read thew and see what isn't activating.  Update or remove as needed.

If that doesn't work, go to the Data/Skse/plugins directoy and compare the dlls to the ones listed in the above text file. I had accidentally dumped a Oldrim .dll in there was causing crashes.

Is there a way to undo the update.

I accidentially Started my skse skyrim before starting steam now it seem it updated  AGAIN skyrim against my will(god I am pissed).

I have an old backup of my skyrim, which files do I need to change back?

Restoring the complete backup again forces me to reinstall countless mods.

I did not know about this. I looked it up, but I can not find "Skyse" in that Folder. What now?

No, the folder is named "SKSE", like the script extender is  named.

Did the following things by checking my "...\Documents\MyGames\SkyrimSpecialEdition\SKSE" folder:

1 Updated Fuz-Ro-D'Oh-Mod
2 Updated Estrus-Mod (basically updated outdated mods)
3 Installed JContainers64 v4.1.0 (i am unsure if this is the latest but, this one: here)
4 Installed latest SKSE 2.0.7
5 Installed latest SexLabFrameworkSE v163 BETA2 HOTFIX PATCH
6 Sorted Plugin-Order with latest LOOT version, also deactivating red marked plugins
7 Used GenerateFNISforUsers.exe with no appearing errors
8 Started SkyrimSE and ...
...IT WORKS!

Thanks @RJLbwb and @Bluegunk! Finally after more than 20 days i can play this game again, god damn *epic sigh*
