Core mods?

Hi guys, im starting to mod oblivion and i dont know which mods are "core" like "sexlab framework" with skyrim.. So could someone tell me how can i start?

 

You know like: sex mod (non consensual and consensual), creatures, body replacers, penis for males and.. I dont know what else xD
