LastException. How can i fix it?

Hi everyone.

 

 

When I play the Sims 4 and try to have two sims have sex, the legs and genitals do not appear. Download all about wickedwhims and I get this file with the following text:

Wicked Whims won't work because your Sims 4 needs updating, you are running 1.29.69.1020.

How can I update a game if it's a pirate? recently it worked but at first it has stopped working, I do not know if it is the update

You can't  update a pirated game. That's why you shouldn't use them. As of now, no help can be provided to you.
