my game is freezing constantly when there are more than 10-15 npcs

my game keep freezing when there are alot of npcs it does not crashes but constant freezing is annoying.this happens when there are alot of female npc around , i use hdt body and 4 k textures i know skyrim has its limits but are they ways to reduce this freezing

optimize stuff and use 2K female textures instead

How good is your hardware?

Could be you're just asking too much of your computer. Do you know if your system should be able to handle 4k textures? Are you using ENBoost? Sounds an awful lot like your GPU just can't handle the load.

i have a i7 4790 , gtx 970 and 16 gb ram

i am using enboost , enb effects the fps i think not the freezing , i am useing all of the memory patches i have no crashing problem only freezing problem

 

could the freezing be coused because i put a high value on papyrus or enb memory patch
