Sexlab Approach for Skyrim?

Is there anything like Sexlab Approach for F:NV for Skyrim? I know there's Eager NPC's but that is not exactly the same type of thing. I noticed that the issue I and some others on the forum have is the Dragonborn has to initiate sex with NPC's. Besides Defeat and DA which requires the Dragonborn to lose a fight.

if you want sex initiated from npc, then look for "sexlab aroused rape"... depending on the MCM-settings there could be lots of sex started

What it does:

If you your arousal level is high enough (the threshold can be changed in the MCM) ,  a random NPC will try to rape. But you can talk yourselve out of it via one simple dialoge option or you can just let it happen
