your_white_bull Posted March 19, 2018 Posted March 19, 2018 Here's a link to my modlist. Basically all I've done is installed the Ultimate Skyrim modlist and followed this guide. I've ran FNIS several times and reinstalled XP32 Extended and nothing has helped. From everything I can tell my load order looks fine but I cannot figure out why the hell all characters are stuck in the half T pose. Creatures are fine for what it's worth. Sorry for the length of the modlist by the way. The order of the applicable mods go: FNIS Realistic Ragdolls and Force XP32 Maximum Skeleton Extended RaceMenu SexLab Framework SexLab Anim Loader Animations Other SexLab Mods I've also tried moving XPMSE to the very bottom, which did not help, so I moved it back to where the guide had it placed. I'm not sure what else to try!
Uncle64 Posted March 19, 2018 Posted March 19, 2018 Since you seems to use MO then you need to fix your left side to. Right now do you overwrite your skeleton since it is in wrong place same goes for Papyrusutil and Jcontainers.

I have tried moving my skeleton to the bottom of my load order though and that hasn't helped. I don't have anything in my overwrite folder and I created a new mod called "FNIS Output" from what FNIS generated after running FNIS_for_users.
srayesmanll Posted March 19, 2018 Posted March 19, 2018 "T"-pose is the result of 1 of 3 things normally: 1) Memory issue - this happens when memory is running low, but normally is only temporary. Basically you'll see the characters go into a T for short time (1-2 seconds) then continue with the normal animation. 2) Animation is missing. If the engine can't find the animation, then the actor(s) will "T". 3) FNIS Generator either was not run at all, or got errors that have not been fixed. All errors in the FNIS Generator need to be fixed, or you will get the "T". This is normally the cause (99.99 % of the time). Run FNIS. Look for errors in the results and fix them. If you need help determining the errors, you can paste the COMPLETE results in a post here: Click into the results area at the top of the FNIS Generator, right-click, select all, copy, then paste into a post here (preferably in a spoiler tag).

Uncle64 Posted March 19, 2018 Posted March 19, 2018 You do have many animations, you should consider to upgrade your Fnis to FNIS Behavior 7.2 XXL 32bit That one is made for MO and for many animations as you have.
srayesmanll Posted March 19, 2018 Posted March 19, 2018 Not seeing any errors myself. I do see that you have "gender specific animations" checked but you have no gender specific animations - No GENDER directory male No GENDER directory female Shouldn't harm anything, but I would uncheck that one and run FNIS again. It's best to not have options in FNIS checked if you don't have the related mod/animations. I took a look at the load order you posted and it seems off. Live Another Life should be last or near last in you load order (that one stood out - there may be more, but I am unfamiliar with all of the mods you use). A run through LOOT should help, although you may need to adjust some after that. Are you using ModOrganizer? If so, in the left pane (the install order), the XP32 skeleton needs to be dead last (or highest priority) in you list. This guarantees that the proper skeleton overwrites any other skeleton in the list. If you aren't using MO, then reinstall the skeleton and make sure it overwrites all. (and make sure to run FNIS again after making all changes).

Good point, although that doesn't seem to be the issue otherwise FNIS would have popped up the error about too many animations. But again, good point.
Uncle64 Posted March 19, 2018 Posted March 19, 2018 I do get. No GENDER directory male No GENDER directory female But have not seen any problems whit it, it works anyway. And yea he uses MO, he needs to clear up his left side. It is one terrible mess and looks like it is sorted in alphabetic order. That is one good thing whit Modwat it also picks up your left side if you are one MO user. It is the tab Modlist.

I know my left side is a mess but it's in the same order as the Ultimate Skyrim guide and the second part of the guide is that I followed, and theirs works without a hitch.
your_white_bull Posted March 19, 2018 Author Posted March 19, 2018 So I unticked all of my SexLab and animation mods and loaded up the game and I got animation again. I'll load up each mod and rerun FNIS one by one to see what the culprit was. Thanks srayesmanll and Uncle64 for your help!
Grey Cloud Posted March 19, 2018 Posted March 19, 2018 That plug-in list is a complete clusterfuck. As already stated LOOT needs running on it. You have: ETaC along with Immersive Solstheim, Immersive Whiterun, Solitude A City Of Trade, Windhelm Exterior Altered, RiftenBetterDocks, DawnofSkyrim-AllMajorCities and probably some others. The reddit link you gave doesn't give a load order, it's just the order the guy grouped the mods in for convenience. You have 9 million different armour overhauls. You have several mods which add lots of extra npcs. You are more or less at the plug-in max. My advice: bin the 'Ultimate Skyrim' thing. Use S.T.E.P, Gamer Poets, Gopher or similar guides to learn how to mod Skyrim and then start again. What you have there will never be stable.
Uncle64 Posted March 19, 2018 Posted March 19, 2018 Yes his left side is terrible, it cant work if it looks like that, he needs to fix it. I do know that many other have complained and have issues about that Ultimate guide at Steam to. I think there is one other guide for it then the one from Reddit. Check this. http://ultimateskyrim.bitballoon.com/ Make sure that you have all mods downloaded first before you start to install them.
RinRii Posted September 28, 2021 Posted September 28, 2021 I have the same problem. The thing is I have SSE and I downloaded FNIS from Nexus but the Link comes from the Google search result so I downloaded the "ported" FNIS but it isn't. The Zip/Folder name suggests it's an SE port but the .exe says otherwise. It says "32 Skyrim" If y'all have the same problem try using the link in the XP32SE from the Requirements drop-down selection in Nexus Mods. Goodluck everyone.

I'm a little bit confused as to exactly what you are saying. If you are using Skyrim Special Edition, here are the correct links to the 2 mods you are refferring to. Note that at the top of the Nexus page, it says Skyrim Special Edition. That can be toggled to be other games, but if you are using SSE, that's what you want it to be on. Fores New Idles in Skyrim SE - FNIS SE XP32 Maximum Skeleton Special Extended - XPMSSE Mods should not have exe files. They do typically have .esp files, also known as a "plugin" and occasionally mod managers can report that an esp is for the wrong version of Skyrim but it will still work fine in SSE. So I would need a screen shot to understand exactly what it is you were seeing. But just to be clear, as long as you are checking the top of the Nexus page when you google for something to make sure it is on your version of Skyrim, and if you are looking for mods on Loverslab that they specify your version of Skyrim then you should be OK (for the most part). Feel free to check the guides in my signature, JustDon't has a great guide for setting up Special Edition and Sexlab if you haven't seen it.
