maybe you install the streamermode mod , delete it an try it

In CAS try to create a new sim, zoom into the head (leave clothing selection) and look for face / body skins and tatoos. If this works and you want to edit your existing sims look for the cheat (bb.casfulleditmode or something like this) or ask for it. Otherwise you can't modify these things.

The last update of WickedWhisims, include nipples, vaginas and pubis hair, but if you looking others skins and mods, try looking for the LL content or sex pages of CC.
 

Credits to creators of CC, here is the exemples.
