AgentCarolina Posted March 11, 2018 Posted March 11, 2018 I run two monitors and one monitor i switch between with my computer and PS4. so switching out HDMI's I log into my PS4, I can still play videos but recently sometime during playing games on my PS4 my computer suddenly loses sound and videos wont play. Every site shows it buffering, youtube even has the bar movig faster than ever but the videos will not play and the only fix is a restart. Does anyone know what I can look into to start troubleshooting?
myuhinny Posted March 11, 2018 Posted March 11, 2018 Have you tried restarting the computer? Chances are that one of the games that you were playing caused it but it should be fixed if you restart your computer.

But im not playing games on the computer, Im using my PS4 when it suddenly stops working
bicobus Posted March 13, 2018 Posted March 13, 2018 Either bad drivers or dying hardware (or spooky viruses). There isn't enough information to guess further.
