Requesting a custom made follower

Sooooooo I've been struggling to make a custom male follower; from using Familiar faces to trying to use the creation kit. I will toss a few bucks even if need be; I just want my follower made haha. I made him in Racemenu already. 

Kinda would like him to use Lex's (The follower's) Face instead maybe but this one is okay if anything. 

If anyone can help me I'd appreciate it!

If you already have him in race menu you already have done 90% of the work. You can export his head with race menu and follow one of the common follower creation tutorials, to import his head into the CK and add custom textures etc. Shouldn't take you more then an hour.

It's actually not too hard. I used MAFKIt to help with my first successful custom ones, though I diverged from the tutorial at some points as I think there were some steps they could have added to make it even easier. Once you've done it once you can easily do it again without a tutorial. The follower I made with the tutorial for some reason wasn't using the skin I wanted, but when I did it a second time on my own with another follower it worked successfully, odd as that was.

 

You can also share what steps you are stuck on.

 

Tools-wise along with the creation kit you'll need Nifmerge to merge the mesh you expert from race menu with the one the creation kit makes.  

 

You could be lazy and edit an already made custom follower too that's close to what you want. It's easy to swap out facial features.

Thanks guys, both of ya. Ah i tried to use MAFKit but i was confused how to add skin textures and such, especially since my follower would have those glowing tattoo's. I will try again this week and ask then when I get stuck. I was trying to figure out how to actually upload the facegen export and pray to not have different color head haha

There are two reasons for a different colored head. You are either missing textures completely = blue/purple head, or you haven't created Facegen (strg+F4 with actor selected in Object window).

-Skyla's tutorial is beginner friendly and uses racemenu, She tells you all the tools you'll need to make your followers.

 

-Darkfox127's tutorial gives you tips to avoid neck seams. Is beginner friendly but uses vanilla assets for the follower (not racemenu).

 

 -Bad Apple Pie's is not so beginner friendly but teaches you how to set up your follower in CK. (Cause Skyla basically does this part for you).

 

None of them are perfect, but they complement each other pretty well.

MAFKit is a great tool. I managed to make both versions of Talyn and Meena thanks to it. I also had no idea how to create a custom follower.
