Purple means missing or misplaced textures. Check and make sure the textures paths are correct for the dick with nifskope and make sure the texture paths are the same in the game folder and also check and see where the texture files are located at.

Go to where you downloaded the file from and ask there and also look through their first post and see if they have anything listed there as requirements.

Ok, I tracked this one down.  While Dong's of Fallout includes the mesh for the Super Mutant penis, it calls out to Supermutant_Penis.BGSM (and textures) which are included in Leito's FO4 Animations v1.2.  You will need both for Super Mutant equipment to work properly.
