Like if your (Female) character was caught Nude and or having sex with an NPC. and you were caught by another NPC. they would threaten to report you to the guards for Public Indecency if you refuse sex with them. Or whatever kind of kink they would have.

Dovakiin's Infamy does this, altho within it's own framework only - if you get caught having sex with an Infamy quest character after already having another Infamy lover the NPC will demand sex with you or threaten to spread gossip to worsen your reputation. Cursed Loot also already does this, NPCs can report you to the guards if they catch you having sex in public, and guards themselves can literally stop you mid-sex scene and hit you with a variety of punishments based on MCM settings.

The idea is that NPCs act differently on public sex - that means, they might act on their general behaviour, or attitude. Like bandits generally act with rape, friends help you e.g. - that is a value every NPC has, I believe.. shit, forgot the name. No matter. It is an interesting idea, and the mod "thief" has some similar content. Or you could check the various SL quest mods. "Quest mod" is the word you would have to search the DL section for. That said, ideas are always good, but mod authors don't jump on any idea they find. Better for us all-for-free users is to test all the quest mods out and find our favorite. Just my opinion, of course.
