Is there a cheat/mod where all the creatures in Skyim are in one place?

You shouldn't have to if you are using the correct stuff. The more nasty critter SLAL mod you get spells that allow you to cast it and bring a creature to you. Then you can either use the train option by talking to it or by using sexlab's match maker spell. Make sure to get all of the requirements that are listed.

Hentai creatures isn't included by default anymore, though. It's still there as optional download. Plus even that doesn't have all creatures if i remember right, like the netches? It's been ages since i've used it.
