d3d9.dll crashes my launcher

Okay. I have never posted something here, so here's a first because I am truly desperate.

I can't use enbs and I can't figure out why!
The d3d9.dll from enbseries crashes the launcher. Once I remove it, it launches.
I use Windows 10 btw.
Things I've tried
- I have tried reinstalling DirectX, I installed the 2010 DirectX9 version.
- I have tried using older enb versions
- I have checked if my Antivirus blocks anything, it doesn't. Added Skyrim and all necessary files to my whitelist. (BTW I use Bitdefender)
- I have successfully installed Stakado Cinemascope ENB. It uses a d3d9.dll file but this one doesn't crash my launcher. Appparently it uses v. 102 ENBseries as shown on the Skyrim menu.
- I have tried using Stakado Cinemascope's d3d9.dll with newer enbs, doesn't work obviously.
- I have tried the injector version instead of the wrapper version; does not work
- I have tried reinstalling Skyrim entirely, removed all Data, Mods etc.
- I have tried installing it with complete vanilla Skyrim.
- I have changed all my ini files to what they should be

- I have tried using Rudy ENB, RealVision, especially Tetrachromatic, Sushi ENB, Grimm and Somber and too many other ENBs. None of them work.
I have followed many tutorials on how to fix this but I simply can't find a solution.

I have been trying for months honestly and all I want is a beautiful Skyrim.
My PC is supposed to handle ENBs so I don't see why it isn't working.

Help would be greatly appreciated :'(.

I have a new Win10 rig with .315 binaries, no problems. So it isn't Win10.  "...I have changed all my ini files to what they should be"   Oh? And what's that?  I'm kidding, so I'll have to take your word on that.  I'm using TrueVision, but the ENB preset itself shouldn't really matter. Besides, you can't launch, so they're moot. And you should be using the wrapper versions. So...

- Win10 / d3d9.dll combo = OK.  Count that out.

- d3d9.dll and launcher = OK.  Count that out.  WAIT, launcher?  You should be starting via SKSE. Are you using SKSE to start?

- Using a super old enb binary with Win10 is ridiculous, although I understand you wanna try something.

- Do you have your GPU's latest drivers?

- Enblocal.ini should say - ExpandSystemMemoryX64=false  ,  VideoMemorySizeMb=4064 (max)

- Do you use "CrashFixes"?

- What kind of vid card do you have?

- Optimus?  Do you have a laptop?

I don't think this is a "Skyrim / Win10" issue, as much is it's a "your machine" issue. Skyrim and your OS work fine with a new enb d3d9.dll's - I have them too.

If you're using the injector switch to the wrapper or vice versa, also try installing this

follow the instructions exactly

https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/33227/

also make sure enbhelper is in your enbseries folder

also make sure enbhost has admin

Oh my god I can't believe this worked!!!!!!!!! I can't believe I hadn't seen that fix before tbh, would've saved me a lot of time! Thank you so much! C:
