Constant dirty screen

I don't exactly know what I did, but for some reason the game screen is always constantly dirty.

 

I'm pretty sure it's an overlay causing the problem, but I'm unsure as to what mod is causing the problem.

 

I've attached a screenshot showing what I mean. (It's in 1st person, but it applies to both 1st and 3rd person perspectives.)

I don't have the game but from reading this ones page I'm going to say it's this one right here.

*New splash and foam effects

Definitely not WET at fault there. I uninstalled it and the effects are still there! It's driving me insane!

Screen blood duration medium would be my next guess. 

 

The trouble is that half the time with problems like this it's mod conflicts behind the scenes that may not even be related to effect being caused
