It doesn't have to be scripted or do anything special, it just has to look good around their neck. Anyone know of anything that would suit? So does Devious Devices if you want to go all the way and get one that unlocks with a key along with a bunch of other nice bondage stuff, but so far the one up top that I found is your best bet for a vanilla apparel-only collar.
