RandomOne Posted December 11, 2017 Posted December 11, 2017 When my arms are restrained and at idle, my arms do not play the restrained anim but when I move any way or crouch my arms go into the restrained position. I would attempt reinstallling DD in MO and then re-running the latest version of FNIS (or FNIS XXL if you have many other animation mods like SLAL packs installed). Also, are you using the DD4 beta or the previous release version? In DD4, there have been various changes to the heavy (arm) restraints system which in my experience have made it more resilient againt interference from the game. Oh, and there are super cool new bound animations, too! It might be worth switching to the beta or waiting for the official release of DD4 (should be any day now) though that will require a new game if you are still using an older version of DD.
Supertin Posted December 11, 2017 Posted December 11, 2017 Make sure you have the skeleton arm fix ticked in FNIS and also disable "Armbinders_With_Hands.esp" it's outdated to say the least.

I was using the dd4 developments when the issue started, I made new game with regular dd to see if it worked , with no luck, I have been using FNIS xxl , and maybe that is the problem, I can't run many animations anymore anyway because of string limitations maybe ill try an older FNIS and see if that help, thx for the idea , at least its something new to try lol

Nazzzgul666 Posted December 11, 2017 Posted December 11, 2017 I'm not sure if they are even related, but if you're worried about string limitations from the papyrus engine, i strongly recommend crash fixes. FNIS 7 XXL has 20k animations possible, so that shouldn't be a problem either except maybe with a lot of poses mods + SLAL packs. No idea about FNIS sexy moves, imho there are much better animations avaivable now, might be a point.
RandomOne Posted December 11, 2017 Author Posted December 11, 2017 FNIS 7 XXL lets you add more anims, yes but the problem with that is each anim like 50 strings, and I have crash fixes but it doesnt help with going over 65k limit because what happens is it keeps on writing them , erasing the lines at the top of the file, nothing I know fixes that, I either limit quest mods or anims in order to play hehe. Try my sexlab build and add a bunch of anims and see if it corrupt the save eventually, With like 300 human and 100 animal anims loaded into sexlab I'm at around 60,000 strings and you add more with each new area you visit. I'm surprised this isn't run into more people, unless I'm the only one who stuffs game with as many mods as possible, trying to melt my computer lol Still none of that is related to the idle bug I am experiencing, It must be a conflicting mod tho I can't seem to find which one it is.

If it doesn't... it's been ages since i've installed it and set it up, but it is something on your end. Did you try to uninstall sexy moves?

Removing the string limit is the main reason to use it at all, but i've also got good results in turning on some of the experimental stuff like seperating memory in smaller blocks instead of one. That might be because of my very own individual system/hardware etc, neither me nor the author take any responsibility if your computer conjures any daedras after turning those options on.
