Assaultron can use animation for humans ?

Hello, does the assaultron use the same skeleton as the human body? Can use already created animations for humans?

I only played FO4 in console and I don't know anything at all about how it works under the hood ('cause I don't have the PC version yet and thus I can't check), but from what I've seen ingame so far, I'm pretty sure they use a different skeleton and animations.

 

So the answer would be "no". But better wait for someone that actually knows how it works to confirm that.

No, you're right, assaultrons have different skeletons than humans, but interestingly, all the robots have the same skeleton with different animation sets

It is a shame, would it be very difficult to modify the body of the assaultron to use the human skeleton?

Or, would it be difficult to modify the assaultron model as a full-body armor for human?
